Chapter 24

Caleb's POV

I carefully got out of bed and went to Noel's room "Noel" I whispered "what"

"Get up put your shoes on while I go get Emily"

"Okay?" He gets up looking for his shoes I quietly open Emily's door "Emily"

"Hmm"

"Come on put your shoes on"
"Where are we going" she says getting up and puts her shoes on "You'll see come on"

The three of us quietly get out of the house "so tell me where are we going" Noel said "Maya's"

"what the hell why" Emily said "someone might be after us and who knows there might be more clues "

We arrived I parked "here put these over your shoes" I give them plastic bags "Why?"

"Just in case if something goes wrong the detectives won't see our shoe markings and in the back there gloves put those on to"

"Wow umm you really thought this through huh" Emily said "I want to keep the girls safe especially Hanna"

"Well let's go" Emily said "the doors locked" Noel said "we have to climb through the back I would always do it"

"Lead the way fields" Noel said

Emily's POV

I climbed up and opened mayas window "It's opened come on" I said the police didn't clean anything at all her blood is still everywhere on the floor and wall and the writing on the mirror is still there Noel grabbed my shoulder "Em"

"Let's just get this over with"

"What do you expect us to find Caleb of the police already did there snooping around"

Noel opens her closet "Sweet free weed" he says smirking putting the bag of weed in his pocket "Really Noel"

"What? finders keepers man" he says laughing I walked out of her room looking around I searched around the other things and found nothing

Caleb's POV

Noel And I kept looking around mayas room when I noticed something on the ground "Noel do you have your credit card"

He takes it out "yeah why?"

"Because I think there's something under that wood plank" he hands me it and I put the credit card between the two wood planks and slowly lift it up "what the hell?" I hear Noel say "Emily" she walks in the room "what happened"

"Look at what your two bestfriends found" I said holding up a Flash drive

"Flash drive huh?" She says "Let's go back home so we can check it out"

We go back down and close the window

Emily's POV

"Where the hell were you guys" Hanna says "We did some snooping around ourselves" I said "What do you mean?"

"We went to Mayas place and-"

"Are you three stupid you could've gotten caught!" Alison said "Caleb gave us gloves and plastic bags" Noel says "Plastic bags?"

"To cover the bottom of our shoes"

"So did you find anything?" Alison asks "Caleb and Noel found a Flash Drive"

"Great lets go upstairs and check it out on your computer" we all head upstairs I logged into my computer Caleb gives me the flash drive

Honestly I'm scared of what's in the flash drive Yes I loved Maya I did then all the Ben stuff happened but it doesn't mean I stopped caring

I put in the flash drive and clicked on the video profile "here it goes"

It was Maya she looks..scared

"If you find this video it means Something terribly went wrong Emily Or Caleb I know one of you will find this you guys were always so committed to finding out who did what *laughs* and Noel I know you are going to steal my weed"

"She's not wrong" Noel says laughing I playfully roll

We continue watching the video "I made this video because who ever this person is knows what happened that night and he/she is coming after all of us and I'm Sorr-" her door opens and she screams "please don't tell me we're about to see how she died Emily" Alison says I gulp and see someone but the face doesn't show all I know it's a guy he grabs her by the hair smashing her head with a hammer I wince every time he hits her with it I close my eyes as I let a tear fall as I hear her scream for help "FUCK!" I get up and sock the wall "Emily" Caleb says and hugs me I cry into his shoulders "Turn the video off" I hear Caleb say

Alison's POV

"We just saw Maya get murdered cold blooded" Hanna says crying we're all crying at this point I look at Emily crying into Caleb's shoulder I go towards him I look at him and he nods I hugged Emily tightly "I'm so sorry Em" I said she wipes her tear and sighs "I'm not gonna let that happen to you Ali" she says "Caleb lets get them to the firing range now this asshole isn't playing around" Emily goes into her closet and gets mine and hers out  "he knew where mayas hiding spots were he was the one who put the flash drive under the wooden plank" Noel says shocked Emily grabs the flash drive and stomps on it till it breaks "Emily what the hell!" 

"That video shouldn't have existed in the first place" Emily says "Let's just go" Caleb says to all of us
