Caleb's POV

Alison and I headed back to the waiting room Noel's phone rings he looks at it strange "Who is it?" I asked "My mom" he says he gets up going outside "You know his mom hasn't talked to him for a long time." I said "so you're saying he lied?" Hanna questioned I nod "I'll be back" I said I try to listen to the conversation "how did you get my number I changed it.....you better hope Emily lives or I'll find you and kill you...W-what?...alright alone I got it bye"

I run back to my seat "so what happened?" Alison asked "I think he was talking to Aria" I said "What the h-"

"I'm back" he says I look at him "your mom hasn't talked to you in a long time Noel. Who were you talking too? Was it Aria" I said "I don't know what you're talking about" he says I sigh "Look I really don't want to fight right now mainly because this is a hospital and kids are around. Just tell me the damn truth Noel or best believe I will get it out of you." I said through gritted teeth he sighs looking around "hang on" he says he goes to a doctor and asks for a paper and pen I look at him confused "what are you doing?" I asked he ignored me and kept writing

Once he was done he handed it to me

"Yes it was Aria. She called me because she told me something and I have to go to see if it's true but I have to go alone you guys can't come."

"What did she tell you? And I don't think you know this but going alone is a bad idea you already know that! Look what's happened to Emily" I asked

"We want to read it too you know." Hanna says grabbing the paper Noel was gonna answer but we see Emily's doctor running with a bunch of nurses behind him I didn't hesitate I followed the doctor I wanted to see if it was Emily 

Frankly I don't care if I get in trouble we go into the surgery room but I'm not exactly in there what I saw was truly traumatizing yes I've seen worse but this is Emily!

There's a bunch of doctors around her all I see are a bunch of tissues soaked with blood there's at least 2 tubes sucking some blood from her stomach there's too much going on then I hear a flat line "No."

"No.! Emily Don't you dare leave.! Wake up em!" I said banging on the window the doctors look at me one of the doctors come towards me and touches me with his bloody hands Emily's blood I feel sick to my stomach and I throw up "I'll go I'll go..just save her please?"

"I can't promise anything" with that he takes off the gloves and rewatches all over again and  goes back in I take a deep breath and walk back to the waiting room "Caleb what the hell happened who's blood is that?!" Hanna asks "E-Emily's"

"What?" Alison asks "I uhh I'm not gonna sugar code it. it's bad everything is bad! I saw it with my own eyes tissues soaked with blood they're using two tubes to stop the bleeding in her stomach. She went flatline the doctor touched me with his bloody hands then I threw up. After that I left I don't know if she's dead or alive" I said through tears

"oh my god" Alison says tearing up on Hanna's shoulder "shh it's okay Ali I got you shh" Hanna says rubbing her back I sigh putting my hands on my face "what did Aria tell you" I told him

"This might sound crazy but she said that Spencer's alive"

"W-what?"
