Chapter 30

Emily's POV

"I'll be back" I tell Ali getting up from the couch I went upstairs in our room to get a blanket when I notice something on my bed it's a piece of paper? I grab it and unfold it "Aria wasn't the one I wanted to kill but it'll do.you know you should really make sure everything is locked and secure how else would I have left this note here?"

I crumble the paper and put it in the trash How the hell does he get in here I start looking around the room for a hidden door something at least but nothing I head back downstairs "Em what's wrong?" Ali says "Nothing" I said looking at Caleb I grab my phone and text him

Emily: go in my room and in the trash there's a crumbled up piece of paper unfold it and read what it says

I put my phone back in my pocket he looks at me and nods "I have to go to the bathroom I'll be back" he tells Hanna I watch him leave and Noel looks at me i mouth "Later"

He nods

Caleb's POV

I grabbed the crumbled up piece of paper out of Emily's trash can and read what it said "Aria wasn't the one I wanted to kill but it'll do. You know you should really make sure everything is locked and secure how else would I have left this note here?"

What the hell we locked everything! I close my eyes and think where can he be coming in from I carefully look around the room I smiled to myself and went into my room and got a bag of marbles and went back to Emily's room the killer has to have a secret door or something right? Why else would they leave the note In Emilys room why not in the kitchen or something I dropped some marbles on the floor and they all roll down under Emily's bed I quickly move Emily's bed and see a small handle  "No fucking way" I said to myself I run downstairs they all look at me crazy "I think I just found out how the killer got in here" I said they look at me crazy "just follow me" I said going back upstairs into Emilys room "Holy shit." Emily said shocked "I know man" I said "How the hell did you find it" Noel said I hold a bag of marbles up "I dropped some of these and they all went under Emily's bed"

"Look at you" Emily said playfully punching me "So are we going under there?" Alison says me and Emily look at each other "of course we are we have to find out what the hell is under there" Emily said "Are you sure?" Hanna said "Yup we just need flash lights"

"On it" Noel says leaving "I'll go down first" Emily says we nod then Noel comes back with four flash lights "should we call Spencer?" Alison says "I'll do it" I said leaving the room I knocked on Spencers door and went in "Spence, I found where the killer gets in wanna come?" I ask her she quickly stand up and puts her shoes on "Yeah" I smile "great lets go"

Emily's POV

I get a flash light and sigh "let's do this" I get the handle and move it to the right opening it "woah" we all say looking down "It's deep" Hanna said "Shit" I mumble I won't lie I'm scared what we might find Alison notices I'm shaking "It's gonna be okay Em I'll go second" she says grabbing my hand I nod and kiss her "see you down there" I smile I put the flash light in my pocket and go down the long latter

I make it down the latter and turn on my flash light "Holy shit" I whisper to myself I look for a light switch and turn the lights on. I  put the flash light back in my pocket "Woah" I hear Ali say "I know" I said looking at her we waited for everyone to get down

Once we were all down here we started looking around "Hes living under our house?!!" Caleb said I look at him "Since when was this here" I said I scan the room "Em get over here" Noel said I go in a room he's in " He's been watching us with cameras" Caleb says "he has cameras in every room!" Spencer says I walk out the room and keep looking I go into the bedroom and start looking for clues on who this person can be "Well this person is definitely a He" Alison says opening the closet I check everything but it's mostly clothes nothing of names I open another door my eyes went wide "This has gone too far" I said "It already has gone too far a long time ago Em" Hanna says "He..took pictures of all of us while we were asleep! " I yelled he mostly has Alison's pictures "oh my-"

"Ali don't see" I said trying to get her out of the room but she pushes me "I won't let him touch or hurt you Ali I swear" I tell her we get out of the room "let's find out where the hell the front door is"

"Found it" Hanna said we went upstairs and headed outside "what the hell?" I said it led us near the woods  "this is how he got to her" Hanna said I look down "I can't wait till we find him" I hear Spencer say We go back inside "So what do we do" Caleb says "Do we call the cops and tell them about this place?" Noel said "This is our chance to find out who this person is"

"We lived here for the longest yet we had no fucking idea that this was down here" I said still shocked at the fact that it was under my bed the whole time "So we call the cops right?" Hanna said I nod "Let's head back " Caleb says we head back up the latter

We're all sitting in the living room waiting for a knock on the door

7 minutes later there's a knock on the door we all sit up and I go open it it's the detectives "So where's the secret entry" he said coming in with the rest of his crew we go upstairs "in here" he looks down the latter "Is there any other way to go in" he says "Yeah actually by the woods there's a door hidden behind some trees" Hanna said "great I'll have half of the police head over there" he says "till then you guys should find some where else to sleep it's not safe to be in here right now"

"It's never safe" Spencer says "Where should we go?" Alison said "Motel?" I said "I guess so"

"Alright then let's get some stuff then we'll head out"
