Caleb's POV

"I told the doctor that when they're done with Spencer that we'll all be in here" Hanna said I nod "Do you think they got her?"

"They have to I locked her in one of the cells there's no way she could get out" I said

2 hours

We were all waiting in complete silence for the doctor to come he finally comes in we sit up "how is she?"

"Her wound was surprisingly not infected. It looked as if it has been well treated"

I looked at Emily confused "okay what else?" Hanna says "I stitched some of her cuts she'll be okay she looks healthy for someone who's been kid napped you can all go see her now"

"Thanks" he nods and leaves "isn't that weird?" Noel said "what's weird?" I said "you heard him he said Spencer's looks healthy"

"And ? That's a good thing"

"Yeah I know it's just. When they had Emily she was all fucked up. No offense em"

"Really Noel?" Alison says i grab Emily a wheel chair and help her out of bed "my hearts racing" Emily says "it's alright I got you"

We went to Spencer's room we were just in front of her door "so are we going in or not" Hanna says "yeah" I opened it and see Spencer there she looks at us and smiles "Spence" em says wheeling over to her and hugged her Hanna, Alison and Em were all hugging her "I missed you guys so much" Spencer says with her voice cracking "so the doctor was telling us about you he said you were healthy"

"Yeah it wasn't all that bad" she says "what do you mean not that bad? You were kidnapped spence"

"The only time it was bad is when wren was there he would hit me and cut me. He wouldn't feed me anything"

"Wait I'm confused and I have a lot of questions first how is your shot wound healed and second what the hell happened when you were over there" Hanna asks "Hanna"

"What?"

Spencer chuckles "no it's fine well let's start all the way from the beginning..when I got shot all I remember was seeing Emily cry then everything went black I woke up I don't know how many hours later but it wasn't at the hospital I woke up in a cell I looked At my wound it was all stitched up and patched I was confused as to why I was in a cell then that's when I saw them Wren and Aria..They told me they threatened the doctor who took care of my wound to tell all of you that I didn't make it and my parents supposably didn't wanna see me so they just signed the papers so "I" can get cremated but the doctors actually cremated someone else and gave it to them-"

"Wait so they have someone ashes? That's so fucked" Hanna says Spencer sighs "I know so yeah I was heart broken to find out it was aria who's been doing this how she faked her death I got crazy I'm not going to lie to you guys I started hitting the walls the bars everything that was near me that's when wren..he would hit me with different kind of things there was this one time when he pistol whipped me he punched me he tossed me he wouldn't feed me"

"That asshole"

"What about aria? What would she do"

"Nothing surprisingly every time he would hit me she would face away then in the night she would sneak me food she was the one who healed my wound every night she would change my patches that she asked the doctor for that's how I'm healthy she's never hit me when I was in the cell it was only wren he's the one who gave me all these cuts and bruises"

"Question is why would she help you"

"That's what I've always wanted to know" Spencer says
