Harry's P.O.V
It's been months since Louis first got his spot on the track team and he's been blowing Luke out of the water ever since. You could say that I'm very proud, because I am.

Today is our biggest and most important race and I am probably the most terrified one on the team due to my asthma.

I've thought about quitting the team more than once because of it to be honest. Louis has been the only one to keep me motivated and going.

Why did I join the track team in the first place? Funny story, actually. And it goes like this...

"Heya, Harry!" a voice all too familiar said to me, nearly causing me to drop all of the things that I had been shoving into my locker.

"Oh, hey Luke."

"Have you considered joining the track team yet?" he asked me for the umpteenth time that year, always bright and bubbly when the topic came up.

"Hemmings," I breathed out in frustration at my best mate of three years, "I already told you that I have really bad asthma."

Because of all the things that I could of sucked at, it had to be breathing.

"Just come to one practice, one! For me?" the blonde begged, giving me the puppy eyed look.

"Oh, fine. If it means that much to you." I sighed, watching as he fist-pumped the air and did a little victory dance.

And to tell you the truth, I like the feel of running. It gives me a vibe that I can't exactly describe.

Hemmings and I have been mildly close ever since, probably because I spend most of my time with Louis. But I think that he has a little boyfriend of his own, or at least a crush on that Michael kid. They're super close.

Michael just so happens to come to every track meet and game because of Luke. It's kind of cute to see him cheer the freshman on, to be honest.

"Harry? Harry!" a voice exclaimed, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"What, Louis? What is it?" I said suddenly, handing some woman a pumpkin spice latte after she payed for it, giving me a weird look.

"You were all spaced out. What's wrong?" Louis asked, leaning against the counter next to me.
