Louis' P.O.V
It felt like forever, the drive. Taking a nap is more difficult in a car than it is in an airplane. I still managed to get about 2 hours of sleep, though. The remaining hours were filled with radio music and Harry's constant worry over me not getting the needed sleep he recommended.

Soon he dropped the subject of sleep after I agreed to rest with him at the hotel as soon as dinner was over with. I even admitted that I'd be fine, and I should be the one worrying about his need of sleep.

Eventually we arrived at the place I haven't been to in ages. The logo had been obviously replaced with a much bigger neon one. The change upset me even though the new one is pretty nice.

"I can't believe you spent four hours in this car with me in order to bring me here." I spoke to Harry as he linked our arms together, walking us inside.

"Well, believe it. I'd do anything for you, Lou." He grinned, holding me close while we waltzed to our table.

"I believe it."

Harry's P.O.V
"Thank you, again, so much for bringing me here." Louis reached across the table and held my hand, not even lifting his gaze from mine as the waitress placed the bill into our table.

"The pleasure is mine, Louis."

He looked around, taking in the place one last time as I pulled out my wallet.

"It brings back so many good memories." he then looked at me.

"I know you're not paying."

"It's only polite if I pay as well, you know this." I sat the money along with the tip onto the table.

"I know that you want to pay, but I feel like I should." he reached for his wallet, giving me a look when I scolded him for it.

"It's your birthday, boo. Let me."

"Since you already have, I've got to. Buy next time, I'm paying."

I agreed to that, giggling because of the way he struts out of here before me. Then I checked dinner off of Louis' birthday to-do list.

As soon as I got to the car, his small frame sat at the wheel, horn honking loud enough to deafen a kitten.

He reached over and opened my door from the inside, grinning as he did so. "I'm driving since you didn't let me pay. Hope that's okay."

"It course it is," I laughed. "especially because there's no way to get you into my seat so I can continue to chauffer."

"Well there's a way, but then of course we'd never be able to get some rest."

The thoughts running through my heard were not holy. Flashbacks of earlier ran through my mind, causing my cheeks to heat up.

"Let's just go now, yeah?"

He nodded, enjoying how flustered that he's already made me in just a matter of minutes.

The drive to the hotel didn't take as long as the drive to dinner took, and believe me, I was greatful for that.

We got out as soon as the car was parked, and as I reached for the door that feathery fringe opened it for me.

"Thank you.." I spoke, still a bit hot and bothered even though it was still freezing outside, if you know what I mean.

"No problem. Are you alright?" he closed the door behind me as I got out.

"Well, yeah.. 'm just tired. Y'know?"
