Dr. Harleen Quinzel frustratedly sat down in her chair the moment she entered her office, she found it hard to sleep last night and the dark circles in her eyes were pretty obvious

That man is so insane!

His words always caughts her off guard, his piercing dark brown eyes seems to know her true identity, his laugh sends shivers all over her body and his smile always gets under her skin. The psychiatrist sank on her chair and closed her eyes, she remembers every vivid detail that her patient had

Dark brown eyes

Sculpted cheekbones

Strong jawline

Rogue red lips

Smudged black makeup

Bleached white skin

Lime green hair

And his tattoos.

Harleen wondered if The Joker puts makeup on, but she remembered that before the patient enters his cell, the Asylum will take every object that he has and release it once they got out

So it's reasonable to conclude that his appearance was no makeup

Whatever the answer was, she knew it would take some time to uncover it.

He has been hurt, no one has ever ended up like that without being hurt, The Joker was just a cover up for all the pain he had been through, and his trying to reach out for help, he knows what's right and wrong but he was alienated to it.

Harleen felt a hint of sadness for The Joker, she was too desperate to fix the deranged yet beautiful person she came across with, she wants to help him and she was willing to explore his darkness to drag him towards the light.

"Want to hear a joke?" He suddenly smiled and leaned closer to the table

"What is it?" She sighed

"Batman!"

He laughed again which echoed to the walls of his cell, the psychiatrist found it eerie so she sits back on her chair and pretended to jot down more notes, completely ignoring the goosebumps on her flesh

"Cmon Doc! That one always puts a smile on my face!"

"Funny" she replied without bothering to look at him

"Oh I like you doctor, we're going to have so much fun together" He grinned devilishly

"I'm not here to play games with you"

"Don't you wanna play with me?" He asked in a deep, throaty manner. She just continued writing down notes and ignored him completely

"Something tells me that you like to have fun doctor, and i know plenty of games, want to know my favorite?" Every word he said was accompanied by a breathy undertone, Dr. Harleen Quinzel smiled inwardly, there is one obvious answer

"Chaos out of order"

"I think it's the other way around"

"Do you have evidence to support your statement?"

"Oh yes Harleen, I do have" he grinned wickedly

"Patient 1005, you will not talk to me using my first name, you will refer to me as Dr. Quinzel or I will choose not to indulge with your games" the psychiatrist continued to jot down notes, she slowly raised her eyes to the bridge of his nose and yet she knew he was looking at her

He smiled again, only now it looked threatening, Harleen straightened to her seat and tried to appear more dominant. He seemed to be unfazed and squinted his eyes

"Dr.Quinzel is just simply dull, I prefer your full name - Harleen Frances Quinzel, it's like a melody in my ears"

For the moment Harleen disregarded it, and then suddenly realization hits her like a thunder, terrified and confused, she quickly regained composure yet she badly wants to scream

How in the world did he knew my middle name?!

"H-how did you obtained that information about me?" Her voice broke and she knew the game was over, he got her.

The Joker leaned closer and growled, his dark aura was slowly consuming him

"I have eyes and ears everywhere, I can find anything I want anytime even if i'm bound here in my own very chair"

Harleen doesn't know how to handle the situation, she continued writing on her notepad but her hands were shaking with the emotions she was feeling right now

"Do you miss your parents Harleen? Do you wish to find his killer? What sorrow you must feel every waking moment"

"Stop" she said weakly, old wounds were starting to open violently, her heartbeat was accelerating, the notes on her notepad was no longer legible, she was scared, pained and mortified

"You were bullied when you were in middle school, you were smart, but yet they saw you as an outcast, how does it feel like to live alone all your entire life?"

"Stop"

"And yet here you are, acting like someone who is free from the pain! Pretending, lying, keeping, deceiving, tormenting, struggling! How? How can you bear the pain? the past? The-"

"I SAID STOP!" She slammed her hands to the metal desk, her eyes were pleading as she was catching her breath, the atmosphere became quiet and she was still staring down on the floor.

Harleen was still breathing deeply when she heard an eerie laugh, it was faint and weak, she slowly raised her eyes to her patient, The Joker laughed louder like the maniac that he is, only this time his confidence and deviance were clearer than ever

"You are a wounded soul, yet here you are pretending" He said fiercely, he leaned closer to her as his lips revealed a triumphant smile

"And that Harleen is what you call Order from Chaos"
