Greetings, people who may or may not be reading! I, the oh so wonderful Grim, am coming to you live from some town in New Jersey! I'm here visiting relatives and I miss Scotland but Nevertheless! I have thought of a wonderful idea for a one-shot! So, roll film!

"So, I've been working here for a few weeks now." Atsushi spoke, facing the camera. "It can get a little weird around here sometimes but, you know, what work place doesn't?" He laughed nervously. Just as he said that, the sound of office supplies hitting the floor was heard from the main part of the office.

"Oh, whoops! I'm so sorry about that!~" Yosano said sarcastically towards Ranpo as she threw on a closed eye, mischievous smile. Ranpo had an 'I'm just about done with your shit' face on. Atsushi sighed as the camera focused back in on him.

"Like I said, what work place doesn't have its moments? Heh heh." He chuckled as he sweat dropped.

Lunch Break:

"Yes? Hello?" (Y/n) spoke into the phone politely. Then, she sighed, an exasperated look on her face. Tanizaki walked up to her desk and waited patiently, while he could hear a faint 'Is your refrigerator running?'. (Y/n) hung up the phone roughly, while Tanizaki just smiled at her.

"Prank call, huh?" (Y/n) nodded at Tanizaki's words.

"Fifth one this week." She replied, propping her elbow on the desk. "What can I do for ya?" Tanizaki held up a box of doughnuts.

"For you!" He exclaimed as he handed the box to her. She popped open the paper box and smiled brightly to see it filled with (favorite doughnut(s)).

"Thank you, Tanizaki!" (Y/n) glanced around the empty office. "Uhm, I don't want to leave them here, Ranpo'll probably steal them..."

Dazai peered through a small crack he was making in the blinds of his office's windows, everyone else crowding behind him. Ranpo grimaced at being named out to steal (Y/n)'s doughnuts. "I only stole them once- ow!" Ranpo quieted down once Yosano hit him upside the head. Everyone continued to silently watch.

"I'll walk you to your car, then." Tanizaki smiled and the two left towards the parking lot.

"We've been dating for about a month, now." Tanizaki told the camera.

"And we've tried to keep it on the DL." (Y/n) continued.

"We're just not really ready to have our relationship... Out there, yet." (Y/n) nodded at Tanizaki's statement.

"Do you think they're a couple?" Naomi asked.

"I certainly think so." Kenji answered.

"We should follow them." Kunikida spoke. There were murmurs in Dazai's office of 'yes's and 'uh huh's. Everyone stood up and started towards the parking lot.

"Remember, guys! Keep a shadow distance!" Ranpo said as they all walked out. Dazai, however, stayed. He already knew they answer they were trying to find. He sipped out of his 'World's Best Boss' mug and remembered when Tanizaki had asked (Y/n) out, and how he'd been in his office the entire time. Good times, good times.

"Believe me, I knew it before even the love birds did." Dazai smirked and held his mug up as he faced the camera. He chuckled, remembering that memory again. It was so awkward, yet sweet.

(Y/n) set the box down on the passenger's seat of her car and shut the door. She locked it and turned around to face Tanizaki. "Thanks again for the doughnuts." She smiled. He nodded his head.

"No problem." He spoke as they both leaned into each other. Their lips pushed against each other's and moved in sync. (Y/n) wrapped her arms around Tanizaki's neck, and he moved his down to her waist to pull (Y/n) in closer. They would've gone longer, but the distinct sound of snickering stopped them, and they both pulled away abruptly, turning around.

Once the couple turned, they were met with the heads of most of the Office, peering over the side of Dazai's car. Tanizaki's entire face was a deep crimson, while (Y/n)'s face felt like it was melting off.

"Called it! You owe me twenty bucks!" Ranpo held his hand out as Yosano placed the money on it, grumbling incoherent nonsense. Kunikida was giving them the 'I See What's Going On Here' (🌚) face, and the two summer interns and Atsushi were giggling messes.

"Like I said," Dazai leaned back in his chair, arms behind his head. "I know what's up." He smirked.

Well, how was that? Good? Bad? In the middle? Huh? Huh? Should I do more Office AU one-shots, or should this be the only one? And should I do more takes on shows? If I should, suggest the show you would like to see and I'll see if I can do it or not!
