You gather the documents in your hands and head to the head of your branch, to take his approval.
You were walking through the silent corridor, your shoes making sounds with rhythm. Since it was night time, there were just night-shifters which meant that the building was pretty silent.

You stand in front of your branch's head's office. You knock the door slowly, waiting for a reply.
"Come in."
After hearing his voice, you enter to room and close the door.
"I have brought you the documents we were talking about, Head-officer Karasuma."

You head to his table, and place the documents in your hands onto his table.
"Thanks (l/n), you are on your time like everytime."
You were a bit happy inside, but you didn't show anything on your poker face.
"Thanks to having such a hardworking boss, Karasuma-san."
"You are modest as usual (l/n)."
"Thank you for your kind words Karasuma-san. Well then, I will take my leave now."

Even though you didn't want to leave the room where you were alone with Karasuma, but you had to return to your home.
You bow to him and when you head to the door, you heard a cough came from him.
"(l/n)... Would you mind if I walk you to your home?"
"You don't have to Karasuma-san, my house is near to here anyways."
"But it is pretty late at night?"
"Do you forget the fact that I am also a member of the Ministry Force of Defense?"

However, at the end, you accept his request.
"I would like to Karasuma-san, if it isn't too much to ask."
"Of course it isn't, since I am the who requested. Then in front of the building after 10 minutes?"
You nod at his words.
"After 10 minutes."
You exit from the room and head to your own room with quick steps.

Karasuma Tadaomi.
Ministry of Defense officer, branch head of you.
A well known person with his outstanding reputation and his powerfuk individual.
28 years old and currently single.

What a good coincidence that you are single too.

You take your coat and bag from your room, then walk down the stairs to exit from the building.

When you arrived to entrance, Karasuma was already there, waiting for you. He noticed that you have came in a an instant.
That's the Elite Soldier for you.
"Are you ready Karasuma-san?"
"Yes. And you?"
"I am too sir. Shall we go?"
Karasuma nod and you two slowly start walking towards to your house.

"When we aren't at the work... You can drop the formalities (l/n)."
"But..."
"It isn't like we have a big age gap."
"But still, you are my upperclassmen Karasuma-san."
"Just by one year difference."
"Well then... I will be calling you Karasuma when we aren't at work."
"Better."

Maybe it was your imagination, but you thought that you saw corner of his lips curled to up a little bit.

After that, until you arrive to your house, you two walk in a comfortable silence.
When you arrive to your house, you turn to Karasuma and bow to him.
"Thanks for walking with me until here, Karasuma-sa- I mean, Karasuma."
Before you stand, he slowly pat your head.

"Thanks for your always hard work (l/n). I am really grateful to you."
You stand and a small smile appear on your face.
"Those are my words Karasuma. All of your subordinates are grateful to your work, including myself."
You two look at each other, not saying an another word.

Finally, Karasuma smile at you with a little one and turn back.
"See you tomorrow at work then, (l/n)."
"Oh wait Karasuma."
His face turn to you.
"Yes?"
"Since I am not calling you with honorifics anymore... You can just call me with my first name from now on then."
He turn back to road with a smile on his face.
"Then, see you tomorrow, (f/n)."

He start walking towards to his own house while you were looking at him from behind.
When he wasn't in your sight anymore, you enter to your house and take of your coat.
You put down your bag and head to bathroom to take a quick shower.
After you finished your shower, you wear your pyjamas and lay onto your bed.
You close your eyes while thinking about what happened today.

It wasn't a bad day at all... Actually I was pretty lucky... Walk to my house with Karasuma?... I wasn't expecting for it but... I am happy thanks to that...

You feel that you are getting more sleepy minute by minute, while the little moonlight coming through your curtains were hitting your body.

So we have a full moon today...

You were finally asleep, breathing in and out peacefully.
A small wind was outside, making the fallen brown leafs floating place to place.

That night, the moon was destroyed.

You rushed into the building while panting. Everyone around the entrance was looking at you with surprised eyes, which you didn't care at all.

You grab shoulders of the nearest person to you.
"Tell me! What happened at night?!"
"We don't know it too (l/n)-san. We tried to look for it but it was under the name of classified information. Probably just the people from upper-class can learn about it."

You nod at to your subordinates words and head to his room.
Him, who probably knew what was going on right now.

You run towards to the room and open the door. You were still panting because of that exercise.
Running with high-heels wasn't your best choice ever.
"Karasuma-san... You know what is happening... right?"
Karasuma was standing in front of the window, staring at the visible not full moon.
He turn to you slowly and nod.

You sigh and close the door.
"It is something you can't tell to me... Isn't it?"
Karasuma look down.
You notice that you already know the answer.
"Are you going to somewhere dangerous?"
Karasuma walk to you and stand in front of you.
"No (f/n). It isn't somewhere dangerous but... it looks I won't come here for a long time."

You chuckle in a sad tone.
"We are at work now you know?"
He pat your head with a sad smile.
"Maybe I am wanting too much for you, but would you wait for me?"
You look up at him and he take off his hand from your head.
"Of course... Of course I will Karasuma."
He lean to you and whisper.
"I will go, then return as soon as I can."
He walk past you, while you were clenching your fists.

Don't I have a thing to tell him?...

You suddenly turn to Karasuma, then hug him from behind, leaving even him surprised.
"(f/n)? What are you doing?"
You dig your face to his back.

"I will be waiting for you, so return soon Karasuma!"

You let him go and slowly step back.
"That is the all I am going to say."
Karasuma didn't turn to you and open the door.
"I will."
He close the door and start walking through the corridor.

He didn't know why either, but Karasuma couldn't help but smile.
