So I'm sixty. That's Cactus, old chum
What's the secret of life? You mean – other than rum?
Well... me dad had a theory
So I'll tell you, dearie
It's simple as pie
You just eat and crap. If you don't, you die
Now a whole lotta' my life's been spent in the loo
And that there's a gem I just passed on to you
There's all kinds of crap you can do, of course
But the eating comes first, like the cart and the horse
Eating costs money. Beg, borrow or steal?
Or work? Whatever your process, the crap is real
So – if you wanna skite how your crap don't stink
Then, sooner or later you'll learn to think!
Well, I didn't do that til later in life
I got verbal diarrhoea and all kinds of strife
But I joined the Health Service to learn a new thesis
Surprise! Surprise! All crap turned to Faeces!
I shone in the pan room! This was my speed
If you're constipated I've got what you need...
My children excelled - Raised on neglect
If you do it for them, they'll learn no respect
Life is no circle, it begins and it ends
The best you can hope for is good food and friends
Just keep it simple - Like the horse and the cart
Be proud to be sixty - A Cactus Old Fart!
