I am a girl who is getting an arranged marriage to a ugly vampire! I have such bad luck. Chapter 5
Nate's pov-
The car pulled up beside my home. The weather was dreadful. The clouds blocked out most of the sunlight which I was grateful for. Even though sunlight can't kill us vampires, it still hurts if there is too much of it. I climbed out of the car and looked at the house. In the third pillar the lights were on. It was my part of the house and one thing's for sure they weren't on when I left.
I closed the car door behind me and headed towards my house. The house door opened before I could chap. Standing in the door way was Sarah-Marie. Her eyes were blood red, her hair was wild and she was wearing a pink Victorian style dress which i know she didn't like.
It was like seeing the little girl with blonde pigtails again.I wouldn't ever tell her i even thought of that so i would just act like i usally am to her.
"So look what the wind blew in" I said to her.
"I'm warning you. Don't start with me. Not today." She replied.
She shoved passed me and went over to the car to see my dad. Her Dad. She reminded me so much of my mother, it was unbearable. She acted like her and looked so very much like her. 'Saz', as I called her whispered into his ear and shock came over his face. They both turned to face me and I quickly ran into the house. What was with the evils? I hadn't done anything. Wait I would have to think about that first.
Sarah-Maries pov-
I opened the bag and inside was a pink dress. I am going to puke. It was disgusting. Yuck. I ordered a black dress not pink. I stripped down my clothes and put it on. I looked like something out of a fairytale. Not good. I then heard the tires of a car pulling up outside. I looked out the window to see Nate climbing out the car and my Father. He would know what happened to the dress. I raced down the stairs and opened the door before Nate had arrived at it.
He stared at me like a lion eyeing up its food. The sent a shiver up my spine. After what he did to the last girl, who knows what he is capable of.
"So look what the wind blew in" he said to me in a mean tone.
So I replied "I'm warning you. Don't start with me. Not today."
I pushed past him and strode up to my Father.
"I have a pink dress dad; I'm never wearing this in public. I repeat Never. He looked at me straight in the eyes.
"Don't worry my darling; I have the black one for you. I will give you it as long as you do me one favor."
"What, it better not be like last time" I said
"No it's to do with your brother"
We both turned and looked at him and he retreated into the house.
