Lay's POV
We had talk a lot of random things while we were eating. Suho and I would spill out the foolish things we had done before in our dorms and also the secrets of every member.
She found it very hilarious when she found out that Tao never takes a bath alone and that Suho was mostly his company. She kept on laughing while I could see Suho's cheeks already flaring red because of embarrassment.
"And one more thing you should know about Suho." I added.
"What is it?" Michi asked.
"Ya! Lay-ssi!" Suho blurted as he was brushing his nape. He was darting looks at me.
Michi tapped Suho shoulders. "Suho it's okay. Don't worry you still owe my respect because you are their leader." She said as she winked at him
"Aiiish! Fine spill it Lay!" Suho blurted leaving him no choice.
"He is the most timid among us because he hates watching horror films. One time he even cried because we were insisting him to. We even recorded a video of him. He was like a little kid!" I revealed as I chuckled.
"Aah! Really?" Michi replied as she also laughed.
Suho just smiled shyly.
Then we shifted our topic when Suho asked on how I proposed to Michi.
I proposed to her when we went back to Boracay, just the two of us. One evening, I told her that I will have a surprise for her, I covered her eyes with my hands as I led her along the seashore. She told me once, that she wanted to witness a bunch of sky lanterns even just once in her life. I wanted to grant that wish for her. As I removed my hands from her eyes, she slowly opened her eyes and she was greatly amazed as their were sky lantens lighting up the dark evening.
As I watch her, her expression on her face was priceless. She was truly happy. And I thought that it was the perfect timing for me. I kneeled in front of her and held her hand. I took out the diamond ring from my pocket.
"As I look at you now, you were so happy and I wanted to be the person that will forever make you like that. I now you had experienced a lot of pain and I will do whatever it takes just to always see that sparkle in your eyes and that smile in your face. Please be with me for the rest of my life. I love you Michi. Will you marry me?" I asked
The next thing I know, tears were flooding her eyes. She pulled me up and hugged me tightly as she whispered into my ear, "Yes! I want to be with you forever. I love you so much Lay."
As I hear those words, I felt like I was the happiest man on earth! I put the ring on her finger. I kept screaming because of joy that night. I was like crazy but I didn't care.
She is marrying me.
