"Ok y/n remember, contact us or any of your friends if something goes wrong. Remember also, no electronics for two weeks. You can look at screens but you cant work on them. You can get confused and pass out. We don't know why but it happens. A lot. So be careful. Oh! And no driving for the rest of the week. That's it!" The nurse says and smiles at me.
I walk out the door with Shelby and Alesa, who came to pick me up that day. Alesa's car is pulled up to the front and we hop in.
"I'm glad you are alright y/n." Alesa says. She looks over at me in the front seat.
"Even though i've known you for a short time, it feels like i've known you for years." I say and smile back. My neck is slightly bruised because the kidnapper had hit my head and it somehow bruised my neck.
The drive back to my apartment seems long but in fact its only a couple miles.
Nothing has changed except there are lots of water puddles which means it must've rained when I was out and it's still very wet.
We arrive back at my apartment complex which hasn't changed. Yet, it feels like i've been gone for months.
"You good from here?" Alesa says.
"Yea, I think I got it. But please wait until I get into my apartment." I say whisply.
She smiles as she watches me get out of the car and into my apartment. It still smells dusty, like when I moved in.
I hear giggles and look behind me. Laina! She probably doesn't know i'm out of the hospital yet!
I knock on her door and the inside goes silent.
"Hello?" She calls out from inside.
"It's me, your buddy." I say in a deep voice. I hear her walk up to the door and look through the eyehole.
"Y/N!" She yells and opens the door. Right away she embraces me in a hug and doesn't let go.
"I was so worried you weren't going to make it." She says into my shoulder. I chuckle and pull away from her, my back hurting from the pressure of the hug.
"Oh! Did i hurt you? I'm so sorry!" She cries noticing my wince of pain as I step away.
"No no its fine. I'm fine. I promise." I say back, smiling to seal the promise.
"Well come on in! I made lunch so lets get you filled and over to the offices!"

-Ross's POV-
I pace back and forth around the offices. Adam let me have the day off so that I could see y/n. I hope Laina told her to come over...
"Ross!" Adam calls, "Laina just called and said that y/n's home! They are eating lunch then coming over here. Wanna set up yet?"
"Yes." I say back mentally jumping for joy, "I think now is a great time." I smile and give him a thumbs up.
"Mk but hurry! You don't want y/n to know though right?" He says back heading towards Barney's closet. He pulls out the sign and balloons.
"I'm her friend Adam right? Or at least I think I am. I just, don't like hiding things from friends for to long. She has to find out sometime right?" I say back, my expressions changing from happiness to worriness and fear.
"Bro, it'll be fine. She will find out when the time is right. Now come on, the question can't wait all day!" And at this, Adam hands me the sign and we get into position.
