You're my best pal ever since that day,

Treated you like my baby from the very first day.

Oh boy, I know you love me so dearly

That's why I can't afford to lose you this early.

We've been together through ups and downs,

You're there for me whenever I stumble down.

And now I'll beg you to stay with me til' tomorrow comes,

Please, please boy, don't leave me now.

I know it's my fault why we end up this way,

But I swear I never meant to chase you away.

I prayed to God with each passing day,
