It's six o'clock and the party starts in an hour and I'm not even ready, not that I need to look good, but it'd be nice. I put on some makeup and braid my hair to one side. I put on a pair of black high rise shorts and a hot pink crop top with the word "Bonjour" printed on it in black.
By the time I'm done getting ready, the party has started and I walk out into our huge house filled with at least a hundred people already.
I grab a red cup full of alcohol and walk around to socialise, but that doesn't work very well when Ayden comes up to me, holding a red cup and starts running his mouth.
"Hey babe." He slurs. God I hate it so much when he calls me that, it really pisses me off.
"Drunk already I see? And would you quit calling me that." I notice, getting annoyed with his shit.
"Hey, I've been here for an hour. Carter and I had some drinks and played some beer pong. Is that so much of a crime?" he says to me.
"It would be if we were in America." I simply tell him.
"But we're not in America, are we, dear?" he smiles and I roll my eyes. "Would you like another drink?" he asks me as I finish my first one.
"Sure, why not?" I reply and hand him my cup to fill. He fills it up as well as he fills up his cup too. "Thanks." I say as he hands it back to me.
After my second or third drink, I'm pretty drunk. I'm slurring my words and stumbling all over the house. I haven't a clue where the hell Carter is, but Ayden hasn't left my side. I believe he's much more drunk than I am because he doesn't even know what he's saying. Then again, I don't either. I can barely see straight for all I know.
"I'm going to my room to sit down for a bit." I shout to Ayden over the loud music. He nods and follows me into my room. Why is he following me? Did I ask you to follow me? No. You were not invited.
As I shut the door behind us, I can still feel the music pounding in my head. Ayden leans against the wall and pulls me to him. Our bodies are together and my arms are wrapped around his waist as his are wrapped around mine. I lay my head on his chest before he speaks.
"We've never been this close before." Ayden softly says, my head still resting on his chest.
"Yes we have. That one day that we went to your flat." I remind him.
"We weren't like this though. We didn't have a nice conversation or anything. It was just making out. No words or anything. It feels different this time." He says. Why is he being so nice? I like drunk Ayden. Why can't he be like this all the time? Why does he have to be such an ass?
"I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but it feels nice." I say to him as I look in his eyes.
"It does feel nice. I think I'm starting to fancy you." He admits.
"That's just the alcohol talking." I say and rest my head back on his chest.
"No, I mean it. I think I really am." He lifts my head up to look at him. Could he be serious right now?
"That's not funny, Ayden." I say, backing away from him.
"I'm serious. Why won't you believe me?" he raises his voice.
"Because I can never take you serious! You're always messing around and calling me babe and what not. I just can't tell with you!" I raise my voice back.
"I'm trying to open up to you, but you won't let me!" he yells.
"I can't take this. I can't take you yelling at me, I didn't do anything wrong here, Ay-" Ayden cuts me off with a kiss. He grabs my waist and turns me around, smashing my back against the wall.
