Every turn I made I would turn back to view Donnie hesitantly deciding on following my same direction. Seeing Jordan almost cuss him out after, obviously wanting to avoid me. I wanted the same, it was awkward, it was upsetting to know he was dating my best friend. I saw my house and parked in the driveway. Turning the ignition off and feeling the warmth from my car swap to a sharp temperature. I dreaded it, having the truck getting parked at my house and confronting me for what? For having a boyfriend and kissing Jordan, why am I targeted. I had a rush of anger course through my bones, instantly making me get out from my car and walk over towards Donnie's and over to the drivers seat. I had a stern face and I knocked on the window, ordering him to wind it down.

"Why are you following me?" I ask, maintaining an confused expression.

"Uh, um, well," Donnie struggled to answer, I noticed Jordan sitting awkwardly next to him, avoiding my attention by looking out of his window and fiddling with his chin. "I just wanted to see if you were alright, you left school pretty quick" He gave me a sympathetic smile as he shrugged, holding onto the wheel and seeing his arm tense, making me look twice. Jordan gave him a bothered look, almost as if he was reinterpreting Donnie's thought for how I'm feeling into subtle flirting.

"You and Heidi?" I ask to see his answer, he looked at me with a surprised and sympathetic look but concealed his stare and returned to an unfazed expression.

"Yeah, you and Scott huh?" He fired back at me, making me want to roll my eyes to the way back of my head.

"Don't be a douche," Donnie quietly mumbled to him. I nodded with an unimpressed smile on my face, turning away with no answer.

"Well glad you are over it, thought I had convince you to say goodbye," I walked away, challenging him.

"I was over it way before it started Cindy," He rose his voice, and I stopped dead in my tracks, he was really pushing it.

"Listen boys, I'm sure Boston has many things that you can explore, rather than invading my personal life and following me home," I nodded to them. Walking away finally and making it to the door and hearing the heavy truck speed off before I could get out my keys.

"Assholes." I muttered while budging my door to open with a push of my shoulder. I threw my things on the couch and decided to take my mind off things for once.

"Now, you know finals are just around the corner so, no homework but I do want you guys to start studying all the work we've been doing this year." Ms Drendell attempted to tell the class as the bell rung and everyone began to gather their things. I ended up coming to school in time for my period to start, and that did mean having lunch with Heidi. She talked about him for the solid 40 minutes we had while I played with my food and didn't participate in the conversation. Apparently, they aren't a 'thing' yet but she's determined to be his.

I headed out of class and saw Scott walking to the other exit, calling his name he looked at me and shook his head.

"Time, Cindy," He yelled. 'Don't make a scene, don't make a scene' I kept telling myself, I drew a large breath of air through my nose and walked the opposite direction, trying to walk as calmly as I could to get into my car. I started the engine and sped off to the only person I could tolerate right now. Joe. When I got there I left my car and knocked on the door.

"Cindy, Joe just left," Judith smiled, chewing on a carrot stick.

"Oh, where did he go?"

"Matty picked him up and they went to the courts,"

"The indoor ones?" She nodded. "Thank you," I hugged her and went back to the car and began to drive there. I haven't been to the courts in so long. In all honesty, I avoided them, the guys there were enormously tall and always so aggressive on the court.

Luckily I had changed into my white nikes before I left school, I was in no mood to draw attention to myself with my loud boots. After parking next to Matty's truck along with Donnie's... You have got to be kidding me. I grabbed my bag and made my way over to the entrance, I opened the heavy doors and saw Joe on the courts with Matty, Donnie, Danny, Jordan and three other boys and sitting down on the right was Heidi, Camilla and some other girl.

"Cindy!" Joe noticed me first and ran to give me a hug that I wanted.

"How did you find us?" He asked.

"I came by yours and your sister told me you were here,"

"Cool, we are getting food after, stick around." He ran back and started to play the game again. Danny waved to me and I did the same before walking to Heidi and Camilla.

"Hey we were trying to find you after school," Camilla spoke.

"Oh yeah I left pretty quick," I sat beside them and smiled to the girl I didn't know. "Hi I'm Cindy,"

"Gwen," She smiled back.

"So we are betting on who can scores the most points in the game, wanna play?" Heidi asked.

"Sure,"

"Well, I'm obviously for Jordan, but Camilla is both on Matty and Joe and Gwen is on Danny,"

I looked at all the boys and noticed a boy our age that looked identical to Donnie and played extremely well.

"Money on the boy in the grey hoodie,"

"Mark," Gwen said. "Yeah, he's Donnie's younger brother, careful with him,"

"Go Jordan," Heidi shouted, which earned him to turn his head to our direction and look straight at me, his resting face looked mean but this time he had a sly expression masked with it. He went back to the game and I mentally wanted to slap myself in the head. Heidi looked at me as well as the others girls, confused looks written on their face, making me feel extremely uncomfortable.

"Joe, is there another ball," I jolted on my knees to distract them from asking me questions about the way Jordan looked at me. Everyone stopped and looked at me but that gave Mark the perfect opportunity to get the ball cleanly through the net.

"Shit!" Joe held his face and fell to the floor. I laughed and walked smoothly to where the ball had bounced away. Mark's team was jumping like crazy, smiling from their victory. I picked up the ball and started to occasionally bounce it while walking to the opposite hoop. I stood and heard a group of loud 'no's' screaming while I threw the ball in the hoop and instantly got it in. I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and twirl me around laughing with joy. My feet returned to the floor, making me stable and able to see whole hugged me... It was Jordan.
