"Any money there's something there," Donnie pointed to Heidi and Jordan, seeing that they were dancing and laughing together. "Cindy?" I hadn't realised the long pause that was held while I was deep in thought. I was dreading Tuesday.

"Oh yeah, it's cute,"

"No I mean, do you think they like each other?"

"I guess so, why do you ask?"

"Oh nothing big, just Jordan is intrigued by the two of you," The two of us, what?

"Me?"

"Yes you. I'm guessing, just my personal opinion, he's all over Heidi cause you're taken,"

"So he's attracted to the both of us?"

"Exactly,"

That kinda makes me mad, acting as if we were both pieces of meat he was deciding to choose from.

"Is that what all that was about when we met earlier?"

"Oh that, hah, yeah," He nodded while laughing, causing myself to look over at Jordan who was staring right back at me as he sipped on his drink. He lowered the cup and licked his lips, gaze still in mine. Looking me up and down again he smirked, sending shivers down my spine. I quickly directed my attention to Donnie who was drumming his fingers on the table in time with the music.

"I'm exhausted," He yawned.

"So am I, what time is it?" I distracted myself from the urge of looking back to Jordan.

"10:26, I'll probably go home soon," Hardly listening to Donnie my mind wondered back to Jordan. I looked back and saw that he was still staring.

"Bye guys, hopefully will see you soon, see the rest of you at school," Vera called as she waved to everyone, giving a swift kiss on the cheek to Danny before she left.

"I'll be right back," I told Donnie, rising from my seat and walking towards Vera.

"We should hang out more," I spoke while tightly hugging her.

"We should," She smiled looking down to Dallas.

"Hey little man," I patted his head, sitting on the heels of my feet so I was level with him.

"Hey Cindy," He smiled, displaying some of his missing teeth.

"We need to do something together soon okay," I told him opening up my arms and embracing him in a hug.

"Okay,"

"Bye Cindy, see you at school," Vera waved me goodbye as she led Dallas inside to their parents.

"That was cute," I heard a familiar voice behind me. Looking back I saw a wide smirk and those hazel eyes looking down at me.

"Was it?" I asked coldly. It was killing me to not act intent with him. He looked tan in this light and I was struggling to act confident.

"It sure was Cindy," The smirk perked into a smile, displaying his straight teeth. "Are you having a good time?"

"Yeah, are you?" I asked, looking away to see Heidi cautiously staring at us. She gave me a small smile and carried on with her conversation with Joey, filling myself up with complete guilt.

"Yep, real good," There was a short silence before I started to walk away, not being in control of my movements. "So, why haven't I met you before?" He followed, making my stomach tense.

"Joe's been hiding me," I was getting annoyed, it seemed as if he was seeing if he liked Heidi or me better. He laughed, obviously not expecting such a sarcastic answer.

"From who?"

"You I guess,"

"Why is that?" I stopped walking and turned to him, his eyes kept flickering to my mine and then to my lips. I couldn't help but stop the big smile on my face before I laughed a soft chuckle.

"I haven't found out yet," I shrugged.

"Are you willing to?"

"Maybe, depends where I'm at," In this case, I have a boyfriend and my best friend likes you, I thought to myself. He nodded to my answer then swiftly walked back to Heidi, taking her into a hug.

Confusion was written all over my face. What a player.

"I saw that Cindy," Camila interrupted my thoughts.

"Yeah, I don't think I want him with Heidi, I don't like the guy,"

"Because you want him, I can see it,"

"I beg to differ," I scoffed.

"What did he say?"

"Nothing," I muttered quickly.

"Okay Cindy, okay," She held her hands up in surrender, disbelief written all over her face.

"Can we go home now or is it too early," Mom asked both Camila and I.

"No, I'm happy to leave," Camila responded, shrugging her shoulders.

"Okay, I'll get Heidi," But when I looked over, Jordan was hugging her from behind, chin resting on her shoulder as they swayed left to right slowly.

"I'll do it," Camila called, obviously seeing how uncomfortable I felt about the situation, I squeezed her hand as she walked by to silently thank her.

"I'm just going to say good bye to everyone, I'll meet you and Dad in the car in a few,"

"Okay, don't be too long," She went inside as I walked to Donnie.

"I'm gonna go, it was really nice meeting you," He rose from his seat and kissed me on the cheek as I gave him a tight hug.

"We should hang out sometime with everyone," I nodded with a smile, waving to him as I walked to the large group of people.

"Bye Jonathan," I looked up to his tall build, giving him a side hug as he smiled down to me.

"Bye Cindy," He spoke softly.

"Bye Joey," I pushed his hair back and hugged him, arms wrapped tightly around his neck.

"I'm seeing you tomorrow," He struggled to speak.

"I know," I whispered giving him a harsh peck on the cheek.

"Bye Cindy," Danny spoke as I hadn't even noticed him next to Jordan. Giving him a kiss to the cheek, Jordan's smirk had disappeared into an annoyed expression. Intentionally walking past him without saying goodbye, he shook his head and laughed.

"Bye everyone," I raised my voice waving goodbye as Joe and I followed Heidi and Camila inside.

"Matty, Matty, Matty," I jumped, latching onto him.

"I'll see you girls tomorrow," He kissed my forehead and guided me outside.

"Thank you so much for tonight, we love you Kay," Heidi shouted as we all came into view of the kitchen seeing adults drinking and conversing with each other. We walked out the front and down from the few steps, seeing my Mum and Dad's car parked next to each other.

"Look, it's the old gang back together again," Joe pointed out. I couldn't help but smile to the ground, we've all missed this so much.

"I feel like this is the right moment to sing 'Stand By Me' but we gotta go!" Heidi kissed Joe and Matty then ran to my Mom's car, leaving us all laughing.

"When are you coming to mine tomorrow?" I asked before hugging them once more.

"Probably 10," Joe replied as Mom honked, alerting me to drag Camila to the car.

"Love you boys, bye," We waved, going into the car and quickly rolling down the window to blow them kisses.

"Bye Charlie's Angels," Matty yelled as we drove off, causing wind to erupt in the cramped space.
