After everyone finished their meals is when the celebration really began. Guests were dancing and conversing, everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. About half an hour after dinner, the DJ made an announcement informing the guests about the game Ziva had previously mentioned to McGee. The guests seemed taken back by the idea, however it was in a good way. They seemed entertained to see the random drawing of one of the bride and groom's closest friends as a way to chose the blessings. Seeing that the couple were indecisive in regards to the difficult decision in the first place, the outcome of the matter worked to their advantage.
The hall got slightly quiet as every excluding the said couple, started to write their guesses on pieces of paper that were given to them as the announcement was made. About ten minutes later, the last pen was dropped and the DJ came over and collected the slips.
After he placed them all in his fancy black fedora, he shook the hat and walked over to Ziva.
"Ladies and Gentleman now the moment of truth, who will have to make the speech before the cutting of the cake!" The DJ looks at Tony and then back to Ziva, "The wife gets to do the drawing."
As everyone waits in suspense Ziva smiles and slowly reaches into the hat as if teasing friends and former colleges by delaying the answer.
Tony smirks at Ziva's antics. She amazed him more everyday. He worked with her for about eight years. When Gibbs wasn't the team leader, they even had visits to each other after work and Tony would introduce Ziva to some classic cinemas. He would occasionally see her other side in moments like those that didn't involve her tough, ninja like, assassin ways. He would actually see glimpses of something more.
He would see a peak of her playful side. A side that she would only show to those she trusts. This moment, however, is unlike anything Tony ever saw in his beautiful bride before. He saw complete happiness and confidence that was never displayed until then.
Of course, Ziva David had confidence prior, but it was different. It was a confidence for her work ethic and how to investigate. This confidence displayed now was more of a definite piece of evidence that the beautiful Israeli now knew this is who she was meant to be. With a man, not only a husband, but her best friend. She was now a mother and that was even more of a confidence boost then being a wife. Yes, Ziva David found who she was through all her hardships in the past and Tony could not be more proud of her.
Ziva finally grabs a slip of paper and carefully unfolds it in anticipation. Tony leans slightly over her shoulder to see the outcome. As they both glance at each other briefly then back to the guests, Ziva hands the slip to Tony.
"Well... huh! How ironic. " Tony smirks a big cheesy grin as Tali returns from the dance floor to her father's lap after her Auntie spelled the secret of the cake being brought over. "The lucky participate will be..."

This idea honestly was random and I wasn't planning on the whole game aspect. When I thought about how a guest closest to the bride and groom usually make a speech about the couple I couldn't decide who they would chose. Yes, I know Gibbs would probably be the logical choice, however he is a man of few words. A functional mute as Tony would say. So long story short, I could not see myself writing for his character talking about two of his prior best agents. Please let me know what you think. Any different opinions feel free to comment! As always, I hoped you enjoyed reading!
