Dear Diary,
I've always written my thoughts down, but this feels different, knowing that someone is going to read it and try to figure out how to 'fix' me.
My name is Sang. My birth father's last name is Thompson, but since I don't exist on paper, it's never been mine. When my father was placed in witness protection, we were given the new name Sorensen, and since that's when my true family...the family of my heart...found me, it's the surname I choose for myself. They rescued me from that prison, and saved me from a madman. There are nine of them, and they are my home.
So hi, my name is Sang Sorensen. I'm almost sixteen years old, and up until two weeks ago, I lived my life in a box.
