You and Emery were taking a walk on the beach on a sunny California day "you know you look really pretty y/n" Emery said "well thank you and you don't look bad yourself" you said and took his hand in yours you both approach a restaurant near the beach and take a seat you looked at the menus while the waitress came "Hi I'm Alissa I'l be your server today what can I get you" she said smiling at me "wait Alissa is that you" Emery said smiling "Emery Kelly OMG I haven't seen you in forever how are you" she said giving him a hug "good how are you you look good how's Joshua " Emery said "ohh he's really good his arm is getting better after the accident" she said smiling you were being totally ignored and feeling a little left out Emery liked at you "ohh sorry this is y/n my girlfriend" he said signaling to you "Hi I'm Y/n you said giving her a fake smile "hi omg your really pretty" Alissa said "ohh thank you" you said trying to giver her a genuine smile that wasn't working out "well I need to take your order but I'll be off break in about 20 minutes let's hang out if that okay" Alissa said you weren't jealous cause Emery wouldn't cheat and your sure about that but she was sneaky I think "sure is that okay y/n" Emery said "sure I'm fine with that" you said giving Emery a small smile

After eating your food that was really good you were waiting for Alissa to change so we can go to the carnival a few blocks away you were on your phone when Alissa walked out wearing shorts that were not even shorts cause they were so short and a crop that barely covers her boobs that little hoe she doesn't know who she's dealing with

You take Emery's hand and give him a kiss on the cheek after you guys get to the carnival and he returned you kiss with a small kiss on your temple and whispers in your ear "your the best girlfriend ever" he said biting your ear "ohh I know" you said giving him a hug Alissa looked disgusted oh well then "so lets get going guys" Alissa said grabbing Emery's hand and dragging him to the Farris wheel we all got on me and Emery sat in a car together and Alissa went alone of boohoo she left the  ride really sad and then we want to the go carts where she sat in a 2 person car with Emery and I went alone and I still dominated "and that how it's done" you said while getting off the cart "ohh Emery and I would have won if you hadn't cheated" she said giving me a huge smirk "oh okay" you say sarcastically walking to the boor to leave the go charts next their was a show and we all went to the show Emery was sitting next to me and Alissa was next to him on the other side he put his arm around me as we watched the show Alissa's tried putting her shoulder on Emery's shoulder and failed many times she gave you death glares all the time and it was creepy 

Emery's pov
Y/n left to use the bathroom and I was waiting for her with Alissa "hey so how long have you and y/n been dating" she said "ohh 1 year" you said smiling "oh well shorter then us" she said me and Alissa dated for a year and a half in middle school I would never see her and broke up with her 6 months in but she neglected it so I just gave up but then in high school we were friends again "well Emery ......" She said getting closer to me "what would you say if I did this" she said before she tried to give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and said "ohh leave y/n I wanna be with you" in my ear "okay Alissa hold up I have a girlfriend you understand that and no I don't still like you and we bated for 6 months not 1 year okay stop living in the past and GET OVER IT" I said then y/n came back I walked up to her and gave her a hug smelling her perfume "I love you         Y/n" I said and she smiled "what did she do" she said "ohh nothing I wouldn't let her now let's show her how I love we are" I said before we walked up to the park near the carnival and sat on the grass Alissa was trying to scoot closer to the tree where I was sitting so I picked up y/n who was next to me and sat her on my lap so Alissa would back off and she did after a few minutes of that awkward silence Alissa said "okay so I get it you guys are in love okay I'll leave and get over it like you said Emery so bye nice to meet you and I'll talked to you soon Emery" she said before leaving the park "oh well then that's settled not where were we" I said grinning "oh right here" y/n said before smashing out lips together in a loving and passionate kiss
