We finally made it to the clients house it was a huge mansion.. We knocked on the front door
"Hello? We're the members of FairyTail taking the job request?" I said/screamed
"Oh uh yes... Please take the back door it's unlocked sorry for the trouble" said a voice from the inside
"Ok... Well let's go!" I said grabbing Natsu's wrist and dragging him to the back door as he grabbed Lucy's getting dragged as well, we knocked on the door slightly before someone opened it
"Oh yes sorry about that please sit down" he said motioning us to the couch, as we sat down he explained how he needed the book called "Daybreak" destroyed
"Um excuse me sir... Would you mind me asking why?" Lucy asked as Natsu scoffed and said
"Who cares it's 200,000,000" the man shook his head
"I'm sorry but the reward has been raised to 200,000,000,000, please forgive me I thought you were aware of the changes" everyone's jaws dropped
"200,000,000,000 jewel... Split four ways?" Natsu asked while his eyes started turning in circles and he was loosing his balance
"Oh I got I got it! Natu and I get 100,000,000, Y/n gets 100,000,000 and Lucy gets all the rest!" Happy said
"Sounds good to me!" I said while smirking
"BUT THAT MEANS I GET NOTHING!" Lucy screamed irritated as we walked away from the clients house and I could barely hear him saying "This book must be destroyed no matter the cost"
We start walking to the mansion while explaining the plan
"Ok so Lucy will go on and apply for the maid job, if she gets chosen then she'll get the book and bring it to us, we'll burn it collect our reward and leave" I said after much debating
"What do you mean 'if'? Of course I'm going to get the job!" Lucy said
"There's always a possibility" I said as we arrived
"Ok Natsu happy come and hide behind this tree with me and Lucy don't mess up!" I said pushing her to the front gate as Natsu happy and I watched from the tree
"Um hello? I'm here for the new maid position?" She said timidly
"Did someone say maid position!?" Asked a deep voice, I looked for the source until a huge gorilla maid popped out of the ground, she had a maid outfit and she had two pigtails and she had light pink hair.
"I'm assuming your here for the maid position master posted?" The huge maiden asked while Lucy shivered in fear
"Did someone say master? Boyoyoyoyoy!" Said the man from the picture also popping up from the ground
That's him, that's duke Everlu!" I whispered to Natsu
"Hmm lets see" Everlu said staring at Lucy
"I hope you like what you see" she said while sweating nervously
"I'll pass, now scram ugly!" He said flicking her away
