Guys, I'm so sorry. This update is so late. School started at the beginning of this month and I'm taking an Honors class and I'm in a Creative Writing class. They both give out so much work, it's insane. Ahhhhhhhh

Liliana's POV
So far, today had been crazy. We had done everything from glow in the dark miniature golf to more serene things, like hanging out on the beach. We were in the Jeep for what seemed like the millionth time today, heading to our next destination.
The sky had become multi color and the sun was slowly starting to set. Michael was keeping our last destination a secret. The roads we were going to down looked entirely different from the ones I had gotten used to seeing.
My long brown hair blew in the wind but, not in the way you would see in the movies. It was a mess, all in my eyes and little pieces kept getting caught between my lips. It was awful. Michael even occasionally laughed at me, watching me struggle to control my hair.
"Are we there yet?" I ask.
"Almost. Give it another five minutes." He replies.
"I'm so anxious." I chuckle.
"Why's that?" He asks.
"I hate surprises."
"Then why are we making our children's genders a surprise?" He chuckles.
I narrow my eyes at him, "That's different."
"How is that different?!"
"Because," I mumble, crossing my arms over my chest, "it is."
He smiles at me, "You're such a kid."
"Thank you."
Michael takes one of his hands off the steering wheel and takes one of my hands. With his thumb, he begins making little circles on the top of my hand. I smile to myself at the relaxing feeling of his hand in mine. It made me feel safe. Matter of fact, his whole presence made me feel safe.
"Man," he sighs, "can you believe that in a couple months we're gonna be parents."
"Nope. It's crazy. I never knew I'd be having a kid a couple months after graduating High School." I chuckle.
"At least their mine. If it were someone else, I bet they would've been a total jackass. I'm stoked to have a kid, especially twins. Like, that's gonna be one hell of a ride." He replies.
"It sure is." I sigh. As we're sitting there, hand in hand, Michael begins to hum. Being a fan of the band myself, I immediately recognize the song as The Only Reason. The humming slowly turns to singing.
"Are you serenading me, Mr. Clifford?" I chuckle.
"I don't know is it working?" He asks.
"Mhm."
"Then, yes. I am serenading you." He smiles.
Suddenly, I feel a little tickle coming from my stomach. It almost felt like butterflies. "Oh my gosh." I smile.
"What?" Michael asks, looking a little nervous.
"I think one of the babies just kicked." I quickly take his free hand and place it on my stomach. I feel the little fluttering sensation again. I couldn't see Michael's facial expression but, I'm sure he had a big smile on his face. It happens a couple more times, causing Michael and I to laugh.
"I guess they like you're singing."
"I guess so." He smiles.
We pull around a corner and slow to a stop. "Why are we at a cliff?" I chuckle.
"It's in my name, duh." He replies.
I narrow my eyes at him and frown, "Seriously, Michael." I whine.
He ignores my comment and gets out of the car. I follow behind him and watch as he opens the trunk of the car. He pulls out a blanket, along with a picnic basket. How cliche could this boy get?
He brings the stuff over to an empty spot and sets it all up. I close the trunk and make my way to Michael. "So, a picnic under the stars?" I chuckle. He smiles and nods his head, "You're so cheesy." I grin.
"Like pizza?" He asks.
"Like pizza."
He placed everything on the ground and helps me sit down "so I don't hurt myself". He opens the basket to reveal four pizza slices wrapped in saran wrap. "Oh my gosh. Is it Hawaiian?" I ask him.
He nods his head and hands me the two slices of pizza. Through out these five months of being pregnant, Hawaiian style pizza has been a huge craving of mine. That, and Doritos dipped in Vegemite. I can't even count on my hands the amount of times I've woken Mikey up in the middle of the night and begged him to get me something I was craving. Obviously, being the good baby daddy he is, he would always get it for me.
I finish eating my slice of pizza and grab a Snapple, again one of my cravings, out of the basket. I twist the lid and read the little fact on the cap, "On average a human will spend up to 2 weeks kissing in their lifetime." I chuckle, "I don't believe that." I take a swig of the tea, close it back up and place it on the ground.
"I do." Michael smiles, moving closer to me and then pressing his lips to mine. Shocked at first, I don't kiss back. Soon enough, I find our lips moving in sync. I slowly remembered those soft, plump lips of his and smile into the kiss. I missed his touch.
Michael pulls back and smiles, "You're so cute."
"What do ya mean?"I ask.
"You're blushing."
"Oh my gosh." I chuckle, burying my head inside my shirt.
"Liliana."
"Mhm?" I mumble, leaning my head on his shoulder.
"I love you." He whispers.
"I love you too, Michael."
