Chapter 10

    "Wh-what?" you asked. You were dumfounded. He said it. He told you he loved you. Just then he cupped both of your cheeks and pulled you in.

    "I love you, Y/N. I love you so much it hurts sometimes. I hate to see you with any other guy. I really care about you... " he whispered. You smiled. His lips touched yours and you melted into him. 

    "Jungkook..." you breathed.

    "Tell me you love me, too. Be with me. Not with Taehyung or any other guy."

    You nodded and replied. "I love you, Jungkook. Always have and always will."

    As you both pulled up in the parking lot of your house, you entered the house holding hands. You gave him a smile and he returned it. You entered the house and found a note on the table. 

    You picked it up and read it out loud. "Y/N. Please, come by my house @6:15. I have a special suprise for you. -Ji Hye." You looked over at Jungkook with a questioning look. He shrugged. 

    You took a quick glance at your watch. It was 5:56. You gave Jungkook a quick kiss on the cheek and headed for the door.

    "I'll be back by seven. Don't burn the house down," you said with a smirk. He shook his head and you drove over the Ji hye's house

{Jungkook's POV}

    6:50

    It seemed like forever until you would get back. His phone began to ring. He looked at the caller ID. Hye Jin. He sighed and pressed answer.

    "Hel-"

    "OH MY GOSH, JUNGKOOK! It's been so long. I was wondering if you want to hang out? Maybe a dinner? Oh! Or a walk on the beach. Or mayb-"

    "Hye Jin, I'm sorry," Jungkook inyerupted. "I promised Y/N I would stay and wait for her I don't think-"

    "Come on, Jungkook! You owe me one for helping you."

    Jungkook sighed and finally agreed to meet her at the diner.

{Your POV}

    You were so excited. Ji Hye asked you to become one of her bride's maids. You took out your phone and texted Jungkook. You were done and coming home. 

[Jungkook<3]- Sry, Y/N. Out w/ a friend.

[You]- Oh... Ok. Who?!?!

    There was a long pause before Jungkook finally texted back.

 [Jungkook<3]- ...... Hye Jin.

    You felt your heart stop. Hye Jin. His ex-girlfriend. You highly doubt it was only a hang out. You stuffed your phone back in purse and entered the house. 

    You took out some pans and cooked the dinner you have been waiting to cook for months. It was Jungkook's favorite.

    Once you were done, you collapsed on the couch and closed your eyes. You weren't aware of how tired you were until now.

    He kept checking his phone for your reply. He saw that you had seen the message but didn't bother to reply. He sighed and put his phone done.
