Never Forget (One Direction/Niall Horan Fan Fic)

*******HARRYS POV*********

"Um. Well lads. Me and Dani are kinda together now." Niall said.

I guess i cant say im surprised. Everyone knew they liked each other. It was just a matter of time. I guess its just that. When me and Dani kissed it wasnt anything special. I guess we just arent meant to be. But that doesnt mean that scentence didnt punch me in the gut. I dont see how she would go out with him without telling me that she didnt feel anything either.

Without any emotion i got up and walked upstairs to think.

I mean why wouldnt she at least talk to me first. All of the boys were in shock. They knew we went on a date. When those two came in hand and hand everyones jaws dropped to the floor. I was gonna laugh because. Come on. how could you not see that coming.. they act like the chance of them getting together was one in a million.About a minute later Dani walks in through my door.

"Hey Hazza." She sounded kind of concerned.

"Hey Dani. Whats up?"

She looked at me like i was crazy.

"Well you just kinda walked out with out any kind of expression. I was worried about it. I mean we haven't really talked since the date." I said trailing off at the end.

"That's because we never had time to before you started dating mr horan."

"Harry, I'm sorry. I didn't really have time to talk about. he asked me when he came over and I said yeah. I didn't know what to do Harry. I think I'm in love with Niall."

"I know you are." when those words came out of his mouth I looked at him in disbelief.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you two are always smiling when you are around each other, you are best friends , and the way you look at each other when one isn't looking. Everybody knew it would happen. I don't know why they looked so shocked."

"Yeah. I guess. but that still doesn't excuse this. I should have talked to you first.. Did you even feel anything when we kissed.. At all?"

"To be honest Dani, No I didn't. Did you?"

"no. Not at all actually."

"Well that's good I guess."
Then there was silence. Breaking it I asked
"Can we just be friends. Nothing more and nothing less?"

"That would be perfect dani."

Well I'm glad that's done with.. But I wonder if what Harry said about me and Niall is true.. Does it really look like we are in love. and if he loves me back why would he wanna fake date me. I only said yes to make it feel real and be closer to him.... Maybe he did the same thing. I guess ill have to find out.
