Kageyama found himself enthralled by many things...
He found himself enthralled by the man's shining eyes and fluffy hair.
He found himself enthralled by the man's teal tail and confident expression.
Most importantly, he found himself enthralled by the man's sugar sweet voice.
It wasn't until his ship was dangerously close to the rocks that he realized the beautiful man wasn't a man at all.
He was a beautiful siren, leading him to his death.
Wildly spinning the wheel in an desperate attempt to save his own life and the life of his crew, Kageyama earns himself an unexpected response from the siren.
The siren's confident expression is replaced with a smile.
Perhaps the siren wasn't leading him to his death....
As he sails safely away, the siren sings one last, bittersweet note.
To live today is to just die another.
