Duncan's POV:

When we walked into our apartment all we heard was loud music. We closed the door to keep the heat in and saw two wildly dancing girls. "Oh, shit!", Kylee said and Jessica turned around still dancing. "What's wron-", she saw us, stopped dancing and turned around curling into a ball on the floor. I lightly giggled at how cute she was as I just watched her shaking. Arran went to walk over to Kylee and pushed me toward Jessica smiling. I stumbled over to her sitting on the floor and looked down at her with a gentle smile on my face. "We're not going to hurt you." I laughed. I looked back to see Arran pulling Kylee over to the couch, I laugh at the site of a shy Kylee looking at Arran's hand as he pulls her to sit down. I reach down and hug Jessica from behind making her stop shaking and pull her hands up to unravel the ball she's made herself into.

Arran's POV :

As i was sitting with Kylee i was overtaken by a strong sense of tiredness. I was just about to ask if the girls wanted to stay the night, when Jessica asked Kylee if she could speak to her in the hallway. Privately. As soon as they went outside Duncan and I headed to the door to eavesdrop. Jess was freaking out because she said she wasn't ready for a relationship when Kylee argued with her i mentally cheered her on.Soon after i started cheering her on she caved in and said that she would make up an excuse to get them out of here. Duncan and I booked it back to where we were sitting in an effort to look like we hadn't eavesdropped on their conversation. Kylee came in and made an excuse that Jessica had caught something and that they needed to go home. I won't lie to you, those girls could be actresses if they wanted to be. While Kylee was telling us about Jess, Jess herself made convincing coughing noises from the hallway. We offered them a ride back to their apartment, but they declined. When we heard the tell-tale signs of them driving away on their motorcycles, we waited a few minutes before taking our own car and taking the shortcut to beat them to their apartment. When we showed up at the apartment we checked to make sure the girls weren't here yet so we decided to go ahead and go up. When we got to their door i cast a concealment charm on the car so they wouldn't become suspicious. I ran into the kitchen with Duncan and started making all kinds of soup to make them feel guilty for lying to us and to sell the idea that we actually believed Kylee.
