The waves crashed through the little house, washing up everything in sight, Caramel could hear Tiger's desperate voice calling for her, but as much as she wanted to she couldn't yell out to him, or tell him She was okay. She couldn't comfort him, as she had done many times before. She finally managed to get her head above the water only to have a huge wave crashed over her, causing her eyes to sting.

She sank down farther and farther until her paws hit something that was hard, round and sharp, but she didn't have time to find out what it was she needed to swim to the floating objects at the top, she needed to breath. Caramel felt her eyes starting to close due to the stinging, no no no no no she thought, creator help me!Her lungs felt as if they were about to burst, she desperately needed air. She felt a sudden surge of energy spring into her legs, it was as if something was pushing her up, giving her strength, she knew she would live.

When she resurfaced, she climbed into a large brown basket, breathing heavily. She was exhausted but didn't know how to sleep, she needed to find Tiger. She called his name three times, but received no answers.

When she woke up, she was shivering madly and couldn't stop. All she wanted was the warmth from Tiger's body, even her thick tortoiseshell pelt wouldn't warm her in fact it made her colder. The dark tortoiseshell she cat knew she would gat sick sooner or later, as she was so cold. She stood up and looked at her surroundings, where was she? Where did all the trees and pretty flowers come from? And where has the water gone? She wasn't anywhere near home that was for sure, the only good thing was the trees covered her and stopped any water that was coming late. She wondered how far she had traveled in the night, and where she would end up. She wondered If she'd ever see Tiger again, or lay in the human's nice warm bed.

As she walked through the Forrest, she kept hearing noises, like twigs snapping even though she had stopped to take a drink from a puddle, or an extra set of paw steps. She even thought she saw a flash of golden fur. But just kept telling herself, there was nothing there and that her eyes and ears were playing tricks on her. As she walked deeper into the Forrest she found it harder to tell herself this. The dark tortoiseshell she cat, looked up and saw the sun was setting and the moon was rising, so she decided to have a little rest, but of course that little rest turned into the whole night.
