Running after Geralt, I catch him in the stairway, going up to the bedrooms.
He looks back with a smirk and says, "Are you going to keep me company for the rest of tonight?"
I cant bring my self to speak, so I just nod. My face becoming more heated and pink my the second.
Latching onto a small piece of his shirt, I follow him back to his room.
Upon entering the room, I just stand next to the door. At least, until he pats the bed.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, I stare at the wall. A band touches my back and I stiffen up. Slowly easing my muscles to the touch.
He rubs my back and says, "What was the dream about that made you this scared?"
I lay down on my side, he continues to rub my back, and I say, "I was dying as everyone I knew left me behind."
The hand leaves my back as he say, "You are apart of this group. You will never be left behind. Now get some rest."
With that, a candle is blown out and the bed shifts.
I can hear his breathing soften as he falls asleep.
As I close my eyes, sad and broken screams echo through my head.
Blood splatters across the darkness of closed eyes.
Open.
Close.
Blood.
Open.
The cycle repeats.
I finally fall into a peaceful sleep.

Why cant I just leave Kina be? She deserves a break.
