He could hear a voice, but it sounded far away. Well, until he heard the voice of his new caretaker. He wasn't officially helping, but his real caretaker was in the Healing Room, since he had 'been out and about' for too long. "Prince-sir, Prince-sir. You need to get up now. You have a visitor." he distantly heard the caretaker yell at him. He almost fell back asleep, but he heard unusual shuffling. That was when he woke up. "PRINCE-SIR. YOU. HAVE. A. VISITOR!"
He was standing outside on his private balcony, gazing at the sunrise. Asion, his war advisor was sitting in a golden chair. Comax, the substitute caretaker, was sitting in the traditional caretaker chair, which was comprised of granite and amber. Both were looking out into the far distance, where the Zeekeeper was approaching. "Ah, I see he is finally here." Asion muttered. "And maybe he will actually bring me something to do this time." The sun glinted off the Zeekeeper's wings, and Asion quickly looked away. "Well, any idea why the Zeekeeper asked us to meet him here?" He said. Nobody answered. Both Asion and Comax were too intent on staring at the Zeekeeper. And then he heard the voice. "Well, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't say that you three are fit for your duties. You watch fake birds too much, and you don't actually focus on what you're supposed to." the Zeekeeper concluded. The bird in the distance retracted back into the ceiling, and the Zeekeeper dropped down. "Wait, how long were you up there?" he asked. The Zeekeeper fired the answer at him faster than Asion could scowl. "Approximately 2.500278 hours, which equates to 150.01668 minutes, or if you would prefer seconds, I was up there for exactly 9001 seconds. But Dreambert, I didn't come here to crack jokes and do math. I have some serious stuff to talk about. Something related to one of the bat colonies in Point 13."
"A couple of days ago Smoldergeist found a bat attached to a Pi'illo in Point 11, and I helped him interrogate the bat as to what he was doing. After a couple of minutes I concluded that he had been feeding off a nightmare he had given the Pi'illo. He tried to deceive me, but he wasn't very good at lying. I took him back to his colony's roost at Point 13, so that they could deal the just sentence to him and correct the bat. The sentence was execution by Dreamy Bat Giant. But surprisingly, this bat managed to evade the giant, resist the Dreambeats, untie himself from the floor, navigate the roots of the tree, and escape. So, basically, there is a potential dream stealer. That is all." The Zeekeeper gave a very long and boring explanation, and by the time he was finished all of them were about to fall asleep. Shaking themselves awake, they told the Zeekeeper thanks. They discussed the situation for a while, and soon concluded that they needed to take action. Asion ran off to his quarters, muttering strategy the whole way. Comax, half asleep, stumbled over to the kitchens to make breakfast. He waited. Thought about a few things. And realized. He still knew nothing.
"What are you thinking right now?" the Zeekeeper questioned. "Quickly, before this pops out my head, answer these things. One, where is he? Two, what is he planning? And three, when?" he rushed. The Zeekeeper paused for a minute, and surveyed the landscape. He then looked back at him, and responded in a very short answer. "He is in the Imagace. He wants to steal the Dark Stone. And soon. Oh, and one last thing before I go. His name... is Antasma." The Zeekeeper then took off and flew towards Point 13. He watvhed the Zeekeeper fly away. Now, he was all alone, and he desperately needed to inform Asion of theses important details. He got up, and was just about to go back inside when Comax came out, bearing a stone tray loaded with food. Comax set the food down on a table, and asked "What? Is something wrong?" He walked down to the end of the balcony, came back and replied "You're in for a shock, because this whole world is about to go to hell." He then grabbed an apple from the tray, and ran towards Asion's quarters.
