[I CHANGED THE PLOT OF ECLIPSE SORT OF. PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT TO TELLING ME THIS. TRUST ME, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. SO, WITH THAT IN MIND, CONTINUE READING]

Beau tried to settle his storming heart as he made his way towards the Cullen house. Bree walked silently beside him, red eyes scanning the trees around them for any source of Victoria.

Against all odds, the two of them had managed to get back into Forks without an trouble from Victoria or any of her newborns. Bree was just as confused as Beau was in this regard, wondering why Victoria was so willing to let him go.

"Stop," Bree snapped, and Beau did as told.

They were silent for a few seconds, with Bree's nostrils flaring as she listened to what was happening in the forest around them. Being on the run had made Bree paranoid, not that Beau was complaining. He knew that Bree could just leave him if anyone in Victoria's army came after them, but for some reason, Bree was being paranoid in order to protect him.

Once she relaxed, Beau began walking once more; dirt clad Converse tapping against the dusty floor of the forest. Bree's arm rubbed against his, sending a cold chill up Beau's arm as they both made it a few more feet closer to the direction of the Cullen home.

The air ruffled around them and instantly Bree snapped her arm outwards, blocking off Beau from walking anymore and snapped her jaw at whoever was coming for them. Beau's heart sped up at the sight of Bree's ruthless face, hazel eyes widening to watch out for anything.

A familiar set of gold eyes came into view a second before their host did. Bree lashed out before Beau could stop her, but Alice was expecting the newborns action. She caught Bree's arm easily, shoving it down at Bree's side before rushing towards Beau.

Beau threw his arms around Alice without a second thought, and ignored Bree's noise of confusion. Alice pulled away from him, golden eyes still sizzling with desperation.

"She took you," Alice said brokenly, her hands on Beau's arms.

"She did," Beau said, before looking over at Bree. "Bree helped me get here."

Sparing a glance at Bree, Alice nodded her head, "She did. I saw it,"

"Who is she?" Bree's hard voice asked, red eyes stiff in her head like ruby marbles. Her top lip was still pulled into a soft snarl, and to Beau's surprise, Alice just chuckled at Bree's tone.

"I'm Beau's sister," Alice replied, before correcting herself, "Adoptive sister."

Bree turned her eyes onto Beau's face. Beau stared at the young girl, and nodded his head to tell her that what Alice was saying was correct. Alice noticed the exchange between them silently, her eyes glittery with knowledge.

"Where are the others?" Beau asked, looking back at Alice. "I have to tell Carlisle about what Victoria is planning."

"I told him," Alice said softly, "I saw everything in you were seeing. However, you being able to come back here was a new development. You weren't supposed to be able to escape Victoria until two more days from now."

Bree cut in at that moment, "There's more of you?"

"Yes," Beau replied, looking at the preteen girl. "We're going to go see them. Are you coming with?"

"Yes," Bree said instantly, before she was motioning for Alice to lead the way.

Alice did so with a tiny smirk. She stuck out her hand towards Beau, who grabbed it, and once Alice had him snuggled into her chest; she flicked her ballet dancer body around and dashed through the forest. Beau shut his eyes tightly, and heard the whispery voice of Alice and Bree, both of them sharing a few words before Alice was stopping.
