Gwen's POV

I still can't get him out of my head.

You probably think I'm talking about my boyfriend... Is he even my boyfriend?

Anyways no, I'm talking about Aiden.

I just keep getting this bad feeling whenever I think about him.

He hasn't tried to call me at all for the past three days. He usually calls at least twice a day, not that I would answer the phone.

At school, he wouldn't give me pity looks anymore.

Something happened and I want to find out what.

I decide to call him despite the anxiety it will give me.

"Hell-o." He answers softly.

"It's me, Gwen."

"What do you want?" His voice becomes deeper with annoyance.

"I'm ready to talk." I let out a deep breath to keep from having a anxiety attack.

"Well I don't want to talk."

"Wait what, you've been trying to talk to me for weeks though?"

"Never mind, don't you have a guy to fuck?"

Did he just curse?

"Excuse me, and I thought this is what you wanted?" I snap back.

"I did until I realized it was just an act to make me feel bad for you."

"Feel bad for me! Are you serious right now?"

"Wait I'm sorry, look can we just meet somewhere?"

"Whatever, meet me at the pond now."

"I feel like there's some explaining that needs to be done." I rest my arms over my chest as he emerges from the thick woods.

"Same here." He grumbles.

"Well explain why you blow my phone up trying to apologize, but when I finally call you, you don't even want to talk?"

"Because I know you only pretended to be hurt."

"I was hurt, still am!"

"Yeah right, but not hurt enough to stay with that gang banger right?" He rolls his eyes.

"What does Fitz have to do with this, he was there for me when you made me cry!"

"What, comforting you with sex?"

"What no?"

"Don't lie to me, is that why you chose him, because he's more experienced than me?"

"No, why do you keep comparing yourself to him?" I furrow my brows.

"Because you chose him over me!" He yells out.

"You didn't like my job, my job will always be my baggage, so I thought you were done with me."
