Third Person POV
One year later
"I'm so proud of you!" Gwen cheers hugging Aiden tightly.
"Thanks." He smiles back.
His family finds them in the crowd and hug him, congratulating their son.
Erin and Devin soon come towards them, holding hands the whole way.
"You did it!" Erin smiles hugging the boy. Devin gives him a thumbs up, with an actual smile.
"I'm so happy this is over, no more high school!" Aiden laughs.
"Congratulations!" Thomas scares him from behind.
"Thanks dude!"
Tori, Brody, Cody, Zach, and Walid soon surround Aiden as well.
Everyone takes pictures with the new graduate before they get out of the hot sun.
Gwen wasn't feeling well so she went back to her new apartment. Aiden tried to come with her but she refused, agreeing to meet up with him later.
The apartment was still a mess anyway, boxes were still unopened and she had her mattress on the floor.
She sat on the bed for a moment before quickly rushing to the bathroom. She hunched over the toilet, emptying her stomach with tears in her eyes.
She sat on the rim of the tub with her head in her hands. She knew what was wrong, she was pregnant.
She had started feeling the strange symptoms the week before Aiden's big day. She took multiple tests and they were all positive. She went to the doctors and he told her she was five weeks.
Aiden was worried because of her distant behavior, he didn't think she'd make the graduation at all.
She kept all of the information to herself. She didn't want anyone to know yet.
Aiden came over after the dinner with his family. He couldn't wait any longer. Even though he's matured over the past year, he was still naïve and impatient.
He knocked on the door number written on the piece of paper in his hand.
She looked out of the peephole and quickly wiped her eyes.
"Hey what are you doing here?"
"I needed to see you." He bends down and kisses her quickly.
"How did you find my apartment?"
"The twins said they helped you move. I asked them for the address."
"Of course." She shakes her head jokingly.
"It's nice." He compliments, looking around.
"It's a mess."
"Does the offer still stand to move in with you?"
"I don't know Aiden, what about college?"
"I'm still going, doesn't mean I have to live on campus though." He shrugs.
"We'll see, let me get settled first."
"Alright. Oh how's your stomach?"
"I'm fine now, thanks for asking."
"Can we take a nap, I'm worn out." He yawns.
"Sure, I don't have my bed set up yet though."
"I don't care." He grabs her hand as she leads him to the small bedroom.
He plops down on the bed with a huff and she gently lays next to him. He pulls her closer and gives small kisses to her neck. He soon drifts to sleep while she plays in his long curls. She kisses his forehead before dozing off herself.
