Gwen's POV

It's been about two weeks since I went star gazing with vanilla boy. We would try to go again but it kept raining.

Monday morning was a drag, I didn't feel like doing anything today. Devin was chilling with me at my locker when Erin texted me.

Erin boo: the jocks are messing with Aiden -_-

Me: where?

Erin boo: by my locker

Me: On the way, don't let them leave

Erin boo: kk

"Let's go."

"Where we goin'?" Devin asks, pushing himself off the lockers.

"Erin's locker, the jocks were messing with Aiden."

"Fuck, come on." He pushes his hair back and starts walking.

I stayed silent, as I usually do when I'm angry. We walk around the corner to find a frantic Aiden, a smirking Erin, and the four jocks surrounding Aiden.

"Are you guys okay?" Devin whispers, looking his boyfriend up and down.

"Yeah I'm fine, I just figured I'd tell Gwen since he's her boyfriend, she deserves to know." Erin whispers so the other boys couldn't hear him.

"He's not my boyfriend Erin." I whisper back, rolling my eyes as I walk up on the boys with their backs facing me.

"Hey guys!" I greet nicely, putting on my poker face.

"Oh um hey G." The tallest one greets back as the other three look around at each other with nervous eyes.

"What's going on over here?" Devin smiles.

"Oh nothing really, just making a new friend." Freckles casually shrugs.

"Oh yeah, 'cause if I didn't know any better I would think you were messing with our friend." Erin sasses back, crossing his arms over his chest.

Aiden slowly walks around them, making his way over to stand slightly behind me.

"No, we would never." The chubby one laughs nervously.

"Cut the bullshit." I roll my eyes.

"What?" The leader questions.

"You guys were picking on him for some reason." Erin answers.

"I want answers and I swear to God if you lie, you're all gonna have a bad time." I threaten, pointing at the freckled boy who's an extremely bad liar.

"We were just saying that he is stealing all our women and he needs to stop." Freckled boy blurts out.

"Which I'm not!" Aiden argues from behind me.

"Yes you are you little wimp!" The leader yells back, walking towards us.

"Lay one finger on him, I dare you." I growl in his face, making him back up again.

"All our girlfriends broke up with us because they like him!" The chubby one explains.

"That doesn't mean I want them. I like someone anyway." He sighs.

I try to ignore my stomach drop in jealously.

"Maybe your girls are just sluts." Devin smirks.

"Whatever." The leader groans.

"Look we're sorry, we didn't know he was with you, we promise to leave him alone, just let us leave." The tall one begs as they all nod in agreement.

"Yeah I like my face the way it is, don't hurt me." The chubby one whines.

"Get to class, I'm tired of looking at your faces. Don't forget what I said, never approach him like that again or I'll beat all your asses, you get me?" I finish, raising an eyebrow.

"We got you, promise." Freckles nods along, running off with the other boys.

"Wow guys, did you see the way you had them sweating! You guys are so cool, I wish I could be that brave!" Aiden rambles excitedly.

"Thanks Aiden." Devin chuckles, wrapping his arm around Erin.

"Why are they so threatened by you guys anyway?" He asks, cocking his head to the side.

"Um I think it's time for us to get to class, don't you think?" Erin blurts out, distracting Aiden.

"Yeah we should." He nods, forgetting about his recent question that I desperately didn't want to answer.

"So you alright kid?"

"Yeah they just pushed me around, no damage done. I just hope this year doesn't turn out like last year at my old school." He explains while fixing his shirt.

"You can't help that you're a lady killer." I laugh, wrapping my arm around his neck as he wraps his arm around my hip.

"I'm not a murderer!" He gasps, looking at me in horror.

"It was a figure of speech, calm down, you couldn't hurt a fly."

"Excuse you, I could if I wanted too." He defended himself poorly.

"Sure." I roll my eyes as we walk to class, walking in the opposite direction of the other two boys.

What a way to start my Monday.
