**** Up at the house Brittany, her sisters, and mother were talking over each other. That is until Alex joined their little group.
"I'll never understand how you girls can understand each other like that."
Crossing her arms Brittany gave him her Detective stare. "So says the movie star. Don't you have a script to read or something?"
Alex just smiled at her, "Actually, little sister... we are shooting a movie on Wolf Mountain."
Brittany turned to her mother who nodded. "And dad okayed this? Why? With everything going on right now? It's really not safe."
Carlyn smiled, "That was before the letter. Besides, what do I have to worry about? Do you have any idea how many Army buddies dad has called in? Kyle too."
Ava leaned back into her wheelchair, "This is no laughing matter, Carlie. This is serious. This person has killed people."
Brittany nodded, "She's right, sis. Tina, and I have been working this case for months now. Each murder is more brutal than the last."
Drina rubbed her upper arms, "This whole thing is frightening. Tany, why don't you and Brick come in for some supper. I don't want to hear any more about murder. I haven't scene my daughter in two years. So..." She held her arms out wide, "Give me that hug."
Brittany smiled and stepped into her mother's open arms. "I missed you, mamma."

Alex was reading his new script when he heard a knock on the study door. "It's open."
He lay the stack down and turned to find Brittany waiting just inside the door. "Hi, sis. What's on your mind?"
"What makes you think I..."
The action star just grinned, "Tany, you can always tell me anything. You know that."
His sister took a deep breath and sat down on the large love seat, "I don't know what to do, Alex. I can't tell dad, and I really can't tell mom. I don't want Tina to find out. She'll freak, and the FBI will make me wait a year before taking me on. Then there is this whole stalker thing, and..."
Alex held a hand up, "Whoa, slow down. Are you alright? You're almost green."
Brittany nodded, "Alex, I need to talk to some one, but you have to promice me. You won't tell anyone. Not even Gabriel. I will tell him when the time is right."
Sincing that she was in some kind of trouble he leaned in and took her hands in his, "What is it, honey?"
Brittany took a deep breath and took the plunge, "I'm pregnant."
Shocked he leaned back in his chair and tried to wrap his head around what his sister had just told him. "Wait, what?!"
Brittany winced, "I'm twelve weeks pregnant, and yes Gabriel is the father."
"But, your not..."
"Married? Yes, I am."
Alex felt like the floor had just opened up and swollowed him whole. "Dad said that you had been complaining about Brick refusing to marry you."
She nodded, "Marry me openly."
"How long, and why hide the truth from us?"
Brittany swollowed, "I..." The tears were flowing freely now. "Alex, I know who this murderer is. I also know what she wants. She wants my head on a platter. When I married Gabriel, she was watching. If she finds out that you know..."
He understood, "The situation will become even more dangerous. So right now she thinks that she has the upper hand. That she is the only one who knows."
Brittany nodded, "My family is my weakness. I am Gabriel's weakness, and once I tell him about the baby..."
Alex nodded, "The ice man will have two weakness'. You and your child."
She nodded, "I need your help."
Confused he spread his arms wide, "What can I do?"
A small smile crossed her pretty lips, "You're an actor. I need you to act."

Gabriel pulled on some latex gloves, and lifted the letter. He flipped it over and over again, studying every inch on the paper. Testing the weight, the thickness, and lifting it to a light source. Just as Tina was entering the room, he was resting the expenceve paper on the tips of his fingers and lightly bouncing it.
Kyle leaned back in his chair and chucked, "Looking for a good paper mill or somethin'?"
The agent shook his head, "I can tell a little bit about our unsub just by studying this stationary."
True Wolf lifted his brow, "Like what?"
Tina couldn't help but feel annoyed, "He was just getting to that, Mr. True Wolf."
The Chief Deputy took a long swig of his black coffee and grinned, "That's Chief True Wolf to you, sweetheart."
'What a jerk.' She thought.
Gabriel turned to face both the Detective and Deputy. "For one, this person is over confident. This is a very expencive Rusian Stationary. So it is safe to assume that the unsub is endeed of Rusian desent. They also have money. My father used to use this paper. He would never use another. So the person we are looking for is a member of my father's mob."
Tina stood up straight, "How can you know that?"
Gabriel lifted the paper high enough for the light to shine through, and pointed to the bottom right hand corner. There was the water mark. An F.I. in bold lettering. "My father's mark, and if you look here..." he pointed to the false signature. "See how she signed off. Zloba means Venom in Rusion. Zloba is what my cousion called himself when he took my place as Head Inforcer."
Tina couldn't hide her amazement, "Why would he do that?"
Gabriel held a finger up, "Because all our weopens were dipped in Asp venom." he saw the confusion on all the faces around him and said, "An Egyption Cobra. The snake that took the rap for killing Cleopatra. We even coated our bullets with the stuff."
