Chapter 13 - A Child..?

"You will suffer greatly." He growls

I gulp as we finally get to the hospital. He opens the door for me shooting me a glare. I walk into the hospital telling them I've been throwing up lately. The receptionist points me too a room and I sit down on the chair and wait.)

The henchmen from before was standing by the door. I sigh as I twiddle my thumbs. I jump as the doctor walks in.

"Y/n L/n right?" She asks politely

"Yes." I say standing to shake her hand

"Dr. Rose nice to meet you."

"Please sit on the bed. Lie down if you'd like"

I sit on the bed as she does the standard check up.

"Now, you were saying you were having nausea?"

"Yes. I started throwing up today this morning."

"Okay, I'm going to have to ask you to lie down on the table."

I lie down as directed and she motions for the henchmen to leave.

"Sir, unless you are romantically involved with this woman I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

He nods and leaves the room.

"Now Y/n when was your period scheduled?"

"Oh! Well... Next week actually!"

"Okay, ma'am I'd like for you to tell me if you do or don't get your period alright?"

"Okay?"

"Okay, now ma'am have you had sexual intercorse lately without protection?"

"Uhh... Y-yeah actually just last night" I say blushing a bit.

"Hmm, okay well I'm going to have to ask you to come by next week. I'll call you to rescedule."

"Thanks Dr. Rose" I smile and leave the room as I walk out the door the henchmen grabs my arm tightly pulling me out of the hospital. He throws me in the car and drives off.

We finally end up at the house as I quickly get out of the car and run as fast as I can into the house. I run around looking for Joker, I check his room and he's laying on the bed with his phone.

"Puddin."

"Hmm?" He says looking up at me

"C-can you promise a-always to protect me..."

"Where did that come from? What happened at the doctors?"

"Please. Promise me..."

"*sigh* C'mere."

I walk over to the bed lying next to him cuddling into his chest.
