I woke up, not early, with Luke beside me in our big double bed as always. Somehow it feels awkward between us now, since last night. There's tension in the air, and I don't know how to speak to him honestly anymore. Luke doesn't know about any of the three times that Jai has kissed me, and I don't think that Jai or me is prepared to tell him. Luke is still fast asleep, so I get up silently and go through to Jai's room. He's lying on his bed crying quietly.

"Jai?" I whisper, wondering if he's OK. He says nothing, just throws his iPhone towards me. For some reason it's on his Twitter Feed. On Twitter there's a picture on the screen of a girl, quite pretty with brownish-red hair. Ariana. But for some reason there's someone kissing her, and it doesn't look like Jai, her boyfriend. Or ex-boyfriend now, Somehow it looks like Nathan Sykes, kissing Jai's girlfriend smack-bang on the lips.

And then I realise, that's what it is.

"Jai, forget her. If she's going to treat you like that, then she's not worth it. You deserve better than her," I explain to him, laying down next to him. Jai pulls me closer to him, and we sit up together.

"Today was our 1 year aniversary," he muttered into my shoulder, finishing crying over a girl who's not worth it.

"Come here," I lift his head up and in one swift movement I press his lips onto mine.

It quickly develops into something else, his lips moving in sync with mine. I still get the explosions, but it doesn't come as big as surprise as last time.

As we pull away, I realise how much Jai actually means to me.

"Thanks Charlotte. A lot." He said as I lightly moved myself and sat on his lap. "That's more comfortable,"

I grinned at that, turning my head to kiss him again. I have a strange feeling that this is going to turn into something more than odd kisses behind my boyfriend's back. We kissed again, and he wanted to deepen it but I quickly brokw it off, knowing that Luke will be up soon.

"Hey, I have to go, Luke will be up soon and he probably won't want to know that I've been kissing his twin brother. Remember, forget Ariana, any girl would be lucky to have you." I explain, climbing off his lap and sliding off the bed.

"Bye," His eyes look at me longingly as I leave the room.

I hurry back to mine and Luke's room quietly, hoping that he would still be fast asleep so that I can just climb back in and pretend I never got up. And that I never kissed Jai.

As I walk into the room, I see that Luke had left the room, and I was hoping that he didn't hear Jai and I kissing. I pass Beau and Skip, but I don't really know what to say.

"Hey, do you know where Luke is?" I ask Beau, dreading that he or Skip would have somehow magically found out that I was cheating on him.

"Yeah, in the lounge," Beau replied before looking at my facial expression, "You look worried, what's up?"

"Oh, nothing, don't worry about me," I practically ran down the stairs, in a rush to talk to Luke.

I find him in the lounge, watching Family Guy with James. "Hi!" I exclaim loudly and sit on the couch next to Luke.

"What were you doing in my brother's room?" Luke whispers in my ear as I snuggle into him.

"Nothing!" I whisper back, not noticing James look at us awkwardly.

"Then why could I hear you talking to him when I walked past the door this morning?" Luke whispers quietly directly into my ear.

"It was jus-"

"OK, I feel like an awkward third-wheel here. Have your conversation!" James announces loudly, standing up in front of the television and walking out of the room.

Luke and I laugh, before returning to our conversation.

"Luke, I was just comforting him!" I exclaimed, sensing that he was starting to get jealous.

"Really?! What about?" Luke almost shouts at me.

"Ariana cheated on him! OK?! I can't believe that you'd think that I was fooling on with your brother!" I yell, standing up. At that moment, Jai walks into the room just as I walk out. I storm into the bedroom and grab a pile of clothes. I immediately start undressing, and get changed into my skinny jeans and a sweatshirt. I quickly do my makeup, not a lot though, just enough to make me look pretty. I very hurriedly throw my head upside down and pull it into a high pony, barely looking in the mirror.

Grabbing my ankle boots, I slip them on my feet and storm out the front door. I run up the steep driveway and walk. I just walk for miles. Just to clear my head and finally get a chance to think about things.

But I don't want to do that now. I sit on the edge of the road, hugging my knees to my chest.

"Charlotte?" A familiar voice said to me.

"What do you want?" I ask as he sits down next to me.
