Just A Friend (Jai+Luke Brooks)

Chapter 6

I had my alarm wake me up at 4am the next morning, because I just wanted some time to say goodbyes and also I like being early for flights.

I got up reluctantly, seeing Luke still wide awake on his phone.

"Hiya babe," I mumbled, stroking my hand through his hair.

"Hi," he replied, putting his phone down and pulling me close to him. "I'm gonna miss you so much, Charlotte. Why can't you just stay here in LA?"

"Actually, you can come with me," I propped my head up on my elbow to talk.

"What? No, I couldn't leave the boys," he looked at me as I raised my eyebrows. "No, I would, but I really can't,"

"What? So they mean more to you than me?" I exclaim. "I'm not asking to be the most important thing in your life, but you're moaning about missing me and I offer you to come yet you say no?" I stand up, hand on hip, realising that I'm only in my bra and underwear.

"Charlotte, it's not that! If it means that much to you then I'll come!" He exclaimed, standing up on the other side of the bed only in his boxers.

"No. I don't want to be the demanding, desperate girlfriend who demands that you come with me wherever," I begin to walk out of the room until he speaks.

"You're not a desperate girlfriend! You are the most important person in my life and I love you more than anything," Luke starts. "I want to come to London with you, I want to experience everything with you, starting with this."

I smile, and Luke walks over to me. He wraps his strong arms around my small waist and I push my body into his.

"Let's do it. Pack your stuff and please be quick!"

He grins at me and I leave the room to go see Jai in my underwear, but Luke doesn't know that.

When I walk in, Jai is lying in his bed with his eyes open. His eyes glance over to me, and I can tell that he is impressed. I shut his bedroom door and quickly turn the lock to lock the door.

"Hiya Jai," I say, walking over and sitting on the bed. He grabs a hold of my waist and pulls me onto his lap.

I still can't believe that I'm doing this to Luke, but I just honestly want to be with Jai.

"Hi Charlotte," he replies, knowing exactly what to expect.

I place two of my fingers on his chin and bring his lips to mine. We kiss slowly at first, tongues and everything. I began to pull off his t-shirt as he ran his hands up my back.
