After school he pulled me aside and we sat on a bench together. He said to me, "What's going on? You haven't talked to me, looked at me, or even sat near me."

I said, "It’s nothing you did. I just have reasons that are better kept as secrets."

He put his hands on my shoulders and in reply he told me, "Ayane, I will always be here for you. I don't care if everyone turns their back on me. As long as I know that you are near, I don't care."

His face was starting to blush. I already knew I was as red as a tomato. But then the tears came. Soon enough I was apologizing non-stop and soaking my handkerchief. But after 30 seconds of this he pulled me to his chest. It was so warm. I never wanted to leave. I continued to sob and he stroked through my hair telling me, “It’s not your fault it will be okay." I wanted him to myself so badly. But I knew I couldn't be selfish like that. He walked me home after that and life went on as normal, well sort of.

A/N: Sorry it was short but this is the only way i can really order the details in the story so they make sense!
