chapter 42

Ashlyn's POV

I woke up and my head was hurting. I guess we turned up a little to much, I decided to lay down a little longer until I felt better.

I looked at the tarp of the tent, and I heard something hit it. I looked towards the pool area and it started to rain.

The boys finally woke up, to the change of weather. "Well it looks like we're still staying here." Cameron said in his morning voice. Matthew just smiled at me and cuddled.

When the rain stopped we decided to head into the house. After we changed and every took a shower we just brought everything inside.

"Ashlyn, are you staying in Cali permanently?" Taylor asked.

"Most likely unless fame drama comes back." I answered.

"That won't happen." Matt said hugging me from behind.

2 weeks later...

Things have been normal, Meg and I haven't been active on social media, and the boys have been busy with work.

"I'm so bored." I whined.

"Same." Meg said on her phone.

"We're back!" I heated Cameron shout. We both just sat on the couch and looked at them.

"How was the meeting?" I asked.

"Boring like always." Matt said sitting my me.

"Ready to play basketball?" Taylor asked Meg.

"Of course. I was waiting." Meg said getting off the couch.

"Ooo guys Skate is inviting us to a party tonight at 8." Jack G announced.

"I'm down." Matt said.

"I think it would be good besides we deserve to party since we've been working hard lately." Cam said.

"Alright I'll let him know." Jack G said.

We saw a bunch of people and the boys were talking to Carter and Skate. Meg, Hayes, and I decided to go outside since to was to loud to talk inside.

The three of us were drinking a beer, we were still sober, unlike the rest of them either drunk or tipsy.

"I guess we gotta call uber, what time should we go?" Meg asked.

"What about we just sleepover here, so we don't have to worry about the house being messy." Hayes said.

"Good idea." I said and we decided to try a shot. Meg, Hayes, and I stopped at 3 shots and we were tipsy already. We were weak since this is our first time drinking.

"Let's get fresh air." I said.

"Okay." Hayes said. Meg was taking care of Taylor since he was already puking.

"It's only 9 and people are already drunk asf or knocked out." Hayes said.

"Yea and were over here tipsy." I said.

"I'm gonna go check on Nash." Hayes said.

"I'll go check on Matt." I said and we walked inside.

I finally found Matt in the crowd, and he was drunk, because he could barley stand still. I took him to the couch and he started singing random songs.

"Matt, I think that's enough partying for you." I said.

"Why? I'm having fun." He slurred.

"Babe, you're drunk, lets get you to bed." I said helping him through the crowd.

I found a empty room and let Matt flop onto the bed. A few minutes later he was asleep. I heard people in the other room having a little too much fun, but I just tried to sleep.
