Hayes

Ashlyn cried to sleep and I couldn't really sleep. I noticed the letter still sitting on the same place from 3 days ago, so I decided to open it.

Dear Hayes,
       This might be awkward once you find out who it's from, but I wanted to start off by saying I miss you and still love you. Hayes I wish you could come back to public school, instead of online school, but it's the best for your career. Things have been going well until I found out some news. Although we broke up, I still remember that day we had sex. That was the day your ex-best friend held your party before you started online school. Ashlyn wasn't invited because I said I wanted you all to myself. Anyways it's been 3 months since I found out and I guess I best tell you now. I'm pregnant with your baby Hayes. It may be a lot to take in, but I'm sorry I couldn't tell you this in person. Lastly if you want to contact me, you know my IG.

My eyes widened at the letter. I was in disbelief. I immediately went to IG and unblock Jordan to contact her. It maybe midnight, but I'll still contact her.

Hayes: Why didn't you tell me this once you found out!

Jordan: I was afraid you would deny it.

Hayes: I'm still denying it. We might've had sex I'll admit, but I know I didn't get you pregnant!

Jordan: Hayes calm down. The mistake has already been made.

Hayes: MISTAKE! I didn't make any! I didn't get you pregnant!

Jordan: Hayes stop! Just accept that the baby is yours.

Hayes: NO! I'll accept it once we get a DNA test. I know we have to wait until you're 5 months, but it will be worth it so I can prove you wrong that I didn't make THAT mistake

Jordan: Fine then. If it's yours you know the consequences. Anyways goodnight. The baby needs rest.

I threw my phone and the screen cracked, the I realized Ashlyn was still here. She didn't wake up which was a good thing. I decided to sleep it off.

A few minutes past and I couldn't sleep. Things were on my mind. Ashlyn's situation and now this Jordan thing too. Why is so much happening. I guess I was tossing and turning to much I woke up Ashlyn.

"Hayes? Are you alright?" She asked sleepily.

"Yea. Things are on my mind." I answered.

"Want to talk about it?" She asked trying to wake up.

"I'm good. You need sleep a lot happened today." I said.

"But you keep moving. Something is wrong." She said. I sighed, "I'll tell you in the morning." I said and cuddled with her.

next day...

Ashlyn was still asleep, so I decided to make breakfast for us.

"Good morning Hayes." I turned and saw Cam and Nash.

"Good morning." I said. This morning sounded very dead.

"Want breakfast?" I asked the two. Cam just nodded at Nash.

"Yea. I'll help cook." Nash stood up and walked towards the kitchen. We made eggs, pancakes, and bacon.

"That smells good." We heard Ashlyn. I smiled instantly once I heard her voice.

"Good morning Ashlyn." I greeted.

"Good morning." She said hugged me. I know she's hiding the pain.

Cameron cleared his throat and Ashlyn let go of me. Nash looked back and gave a Cam a glare.

It got very quiet, until Nash said, "Breakfast is ready." We all walked to the table and ate. Very quiet until I decided to be stupid and make more drama.

"Jordan sent me a letter saying she's pregnant with MY baby." I looked down at the plate. It was quiet until I looked up.

Ashlyn was shocked, Cameron nodding his head in disappointment, and Nash just upset. Their expression spoke for them.

"How long?" Ashlyn asked quietly.

"3 months." I said and Nash just walked off with his plate. Cameron followed him. I was disappointed in myself too. Ashlyn was just frozen and sat there.
