I got up and got changed in my normal outfit and put in all my piercings. I got downstairs and ran out not wanting to deal with my stupid dad. Fuck that.

"Hey!" Simon yelled as I looked behind.

"Hey." I said in a more mellow voice.

"Why are you going on the bus? You never go on the bus?" He said as he caught up to me.

"I'm not going on the bus, I'm walking. I didn't feel like driving." I said not really in the mood to talk.

"What happened?" He asked as I shook my head.

"Look! I don't feel like talking can you just leave me alone." I said as I started to walk away and luckily he didn't follow.

I felt bad, but at the same time I needed to be by myself. Everything is fucked up. The people who I use to think were my friends don't accept who I am. The boy I met online, doesn't even want me to know who he is. My dad wants me to work at his stupid shop and doesn't even care what I want. My whole world is fucked and there is nothing I can do about it.

I got to the school and just went directly to science not wanting to deal with anyone at my lockers and having to talk to anyone. I just sat down and got out everything I needed and totally blocked everyone out.

I heard the bell ring and a flood of people came walking into the classroom. Including Simon.

"I wanted to say I'm sorry." I said as he sat down.

"No, it's fine. Some people aren't morning people. I understand. It's totally fine." He said laughing it off.

"No, I'm serious Simon." I said as he just shook his head.

"Don't worry. I'm fine. Let's just get this done." I knew he was lying to me.

Something was up.

We started to work on the project and ended up finishing it pretty quickly. Both Simon and I were academically high so it wasn't really a struggle when working with one another. We were always on the same wave length so it made anything confusing easy. We both understood when the other didn't understand what was going on and it made it handy.

"So are you going to prom?" He asked looking up slightly.

"Yeah, I'm thinking so. I'm meeting up with someone." I said as he just gave me a weird look.

"Cool, I don't know if I'm going." He said laughing.

Why was he acting so weird after I said that? Did I say something wrong?

The rest of the day was boring and lunch was super awkward because it was mostly just Tobi and Vik having a blast talking about anything and everything with one another, while Simon and I kind of just sat there eating. I was just happy that it was finally the end of the day and I could finally could go home.

When I got home no one else was there which was relieving because that meant that I'd didn't have to deal with my dad. I ran upstairs and looked to see if Mini was on, but he wasn't. Weird. Maybe he's just a little late. But he never came online.
