Chara's POV

Chara watched Frisk go through the Underground. He was currently in Waterfall, duking it out with a Toriel-Chara's mother. Well, adopted. She sighed, leaning against a wall. He seemed pretty serious about this whole pacifist thing. What would happen if he finished? Would he reset again? And again? Probably.

Chara didn't trust him. Not. One. Single. Bit.

Soon Frisk ran into Hotland, and Toriel collapsed from exhaustion and the heat. Frisk poured a glass of water onto her, and she stood up shakily. Toriel then walked away awkwardly. Chara teleported to her station. Frisk came up to her.

"Greetings. What, I can have more than one job. Want a hot dog?" Chara asked with an empty smile. Frisk nodded a little. "That'll be 20g." Frisk payed, and Chara handed him a hot dog...? Frisk noticed it wasn't really a hot dog. Frisk tried to buy another. "Whoops. You don't have enough room. But your head does," Chara said, placing the hot dog, still questionable on whether it was a hot dog or not, atop Frisk's head. This continued for a while until Chara couldn't reach anymore. Frisk walked, and he stumbled and fell, the hot dogs raining down on him.

Chara snickered,

"Looks like you're in a," She paused for dramatic effect. "Hot mess."

Frisk laughed a little, cheerful. Chara laughed as well, though it was very much forced. Frisk walked away towards the lab of Asgore, and Chara sighed, watching him go. She didn't feel like watching her dad talk about, what did he call her? Undyne? Chara shrugged it off. That's what she called it, so that's what it was.

Chara hadn't experienced this timeline yet, but she didn't really give a single damn about it. It was just... just something new that Frisk was trying because he was curious. She didn't expect this to be the last timeline, far from it. Chara laughed a little to herself. Maybe next timeline he'd see what it was like to torture. But she couldn't shake that ounce of doubt from her mind.

Maybe Frisk was being genuine about changing to pacifist.

....Was he?
