Lucy's POV

"What are you doing?" Luke asked, looking over my shoulder.  We had gotten a ship to go to Lothal, where we thought Ezra would most likely be.  Now, we were only waiting for Leia and Han.

"Setting coordinates," I replied.

"So, you worked with my father?" Luke asked nervously.

I whipped around to face him.   "Yes, I knew your father, but only as Darth Vader, and that was when I only knew the dark."

"What exactly happened?"

I sighed before answering.  I turned back around so Luke wouldn't see me as I told the story.

"A few years ago, when I was still an inquisitor, and we were still trying to sabotage the Rebellion, I, along with another inquisitor known as the Fifth Brother, were assigned to sabotage one of the most famous rebel crews, the Ghost.  Ezra, the youngest member of the crew, had only recently joined and his entire life he had been what some would call a street rat.  He had learned to live an untrustworthy life.

"I knew this and thought I could exploit that side of him.  So, I set up a trap to make his crew think he was a traitor to the Rebellion.  My idea worked, but little did I know, the Fifth Brother did the same thing to me.  You see, the Grand Inquisitor had also just died.  All the inquisitors wanted the position, so the Fifth Brother got rid of some competition by sabotaging me.

"I escaped before the Empire could get to me and teamed up with Ezra.  We were both on the run and decided it would be beneficial to both of us to help each other.  We managed to restore Ezra's name, but I wanted out, so Ezra arranged for me to escape all of it.

"Eventually, Ezra and I returned to work together again for the Force, and then, we parted ways," I explained.  "I am sure your father thought I was dead all that time.   Most people did."

I turned back around to Luke.  He had a look of wonder on his face, and was about to speak again when Han and Leia walked in, this time with a giant wookie.

"Who is that?" I asked as the trio stopped in front of Luke and I.

"This is Chewbacca," Han said.

"Argh!" Chewbacca greeted.

"Nice to meet you," I said hesitantly.

"Ready to go?" Leia asked.

"We need to start as soon as possible," I reminded everyone.

"We got that," Han said dryly.

"So, what exactly will we do once we get to Lothal?" Luke asked me curiously.

"Well, knowing Ezra and the Force, he probably already has something planned.  No doubt something to do with going to the temple on Lothal.  That is, if we did not completely ruin it last time," I said, remembering the time the Fifth Brother and I found the temple.

"Last time?" Luke asked.

"Nothing of importance," I replied.  "Now, while we wait to make it to Lothal, we can work on lightsaber technique.  I trust you know how to fly a ship?" I asked Han.

"I do not think I need to work on lightsaber training," Luke said.

"No one is ever perfect at saber handling.  I actually wish to learn something from this," I informed Luke.  Without waiting for a reply, I briskly walked to the back of the ship.  As I walked, I couldn't help but notice things about the ship I hadn't noticed before.  I was just now seeing the similarities this ship had to one that was only too important many years ago, the Ghost.

I paused as I walked into the common room.  I knew this was not the Ghost.  Hera would never give up her prize.  Plus, the walls were bare.  There was no colorful splashes adorning the walls that showed a certain Mandalorian once lived aboard.  There was also no saber scratching marking the walls signifying duels fought between master and padawan for training.

"Ready?"

I flinched, turning to see Luke standing, waiting.

"Are you alright?" Luke asked.

"Fine, fine,"  I said.  "I was just noticing this was a Correllian ship."

Luke's features scrunched in confusion.  "Is that important?"

I shook my head.  "No.  Let us start our duel."

I pulled out my lightsaber, holding in parallel to the floor, engaging both sides of my menacing doubled bladed sword.  Luke engaged his green hued saber, already falling into a fighting position.

"Ready?" I asked.

"Ready as- hey!"

As Luke had replied, I enacted the rotating feature on my saber, rushing forward to strike at Luke.

"Always be ready for battle," I said as our sabers clashed, whirring hums filling the air.

"I thought you would at least make this fair and wait for me to finish!" Luke huffed as he pushed me off of him, me simply summersaulting on the floor and crouching in a defensive position.

"Fights are never fair," I explained.

We sat there, staring at each other, daring the other to move first.

"So," I said, speeding forward to strike first.  "Tell me about your time in the Rebellion."

"I met a droid, and now I am standing here," Luke simply stated.

"Droids always seem to have something come along with them," I said.

The mention of droids gave me an idea.  As Luke and I flipped around, I pressed a button on my wristpad, activating one of my droids.  As the droid deployed, I flipped away from Luke, allowing the droid a chance to latch itself onto Luke's head.

"Hey!" Luke yelled as the droid tugged.

I couldn't help but chuckle as I watched Luke struggle.

"Got anymore of these?" Luke asked as he finally managed to tug it off of his head.

"I have many.  They gather information and are more eyes for me," I explained as I called the droid back to its holder on my back.  Luke walked over to study the holder on my back.

"Brilliant," he muttered.  "How many do you have in there?"

"Five.  But I have many more," I said.  "Shall we go back to the cockpit?"

"Of course.  Wonderful sparing today," Luke said.

"That was me holding back," I said simply before turning briskly to go to the cockpit.

(First person to tell me where the quote above is from gets a follow from me!)

Luke was quick to follow me.  As we entered the cockpit, where Han, Leia, and Chewbacca were still talking, hyperspace dispersed around us, turning into a still galaxy.  Looming in the distance was a large plant.

"Lothal," I said as everyone set eyes on the Outer Rim planet.

"You sure Ezra is here?" Leia asked.

"Where else would he go?" I retorted.

Leia sighed deeply, not needing to answer the question.
