Chapter Four

Jack's P-O-V

The dinner date went well. All I know is that I always found myself looking in her eyes. She made me feel this funny thing inside my stomach. Is this what they call love?  The real thing is that,  I never experienced love. I always used girls for popularity in school or something else but I never felt anything like this.
I know that she is different from the first moment that I saw her. The problem is,  I don't know how would I approach her. The bet that I have made is just a good excuse to spend time with her.
She is different. Some girls would just fall for me already but she is hard to get. It made me crave for her presence more.

"Do you want me to drop you at your house?" I asked when we left the restaurant.

She shook her head. "No. I'm good and I need to drive my car back."
She gestured to her car in the parking lot.

I just nodded and kissed her cheeks. "Good night,  snowflakes."

She smiled at me. "Good night,  Frosty."

I waved a good bye before driving away.

I was lying on my bed thinking about the kiss. I know it is just in the cheeks but I kissed her. Ugh. What am I really thinking right now. Grrr..
My phone suddenly interrupt my train of thoughts.  I just groaned and answer the call.

"Yeah." I greeted to the receiver.

"Jack." Punzie's voice cracked. "Why are you doing this to me?  Why are you hanging out with the newbie?  I know that we broke up already but am I really that easy to forget?"

I groaned. "Shut up Punzie. We both know I am not the only one who have the fault here."

"Is it about Flynn? Seriously?" She sobbed.

"Stop acting like an innocent cat Punz. I saw you making out with him." I snorted. "And we both know that it's not really working out. We are just forcing things."

"Are you saying that you didn't love me?"

I sighed. "Sort of. Look,  just stay with Flynn. I know that you will be happy with him."

She sobbed some more before ending the call.

"Drama schdrama." I mumbled before laying on my bed and sunk into unconsciousness.

Elsa's P-O-V
I was faced by Anna when I entered.

"You know the rule Elsa." She said.  "No falling in love with your Territory."

"I am not." I sighed. "I am just doing this for the mission. Nothing more."

"I know that you like him Elsa." Anna sighed. "I know that because I am your sister."

"Well, technically. He is not yet my Territory. I still didn't inject him with the snowflake tracker. He is just my target." I said. "So I am not doing anything against the rule."

"Don't reason out with me sister. I know something  is going on." She rolled her eyes. "You are using the bet to be close to him for your mission but I think you are falling for him already."

"That is impossible." I said. "I need to finish this mission. I need to go to my room.  I am tired. Good night Anna. See you in the morning."

"Good night Elsa." She mumbled.

I walked pass her and went to my room, closing the door behind me. I changed into my Pjs. 
I can't sleep and so I just stared at Jack's picture along with his files.

I can still feel the warmth of his lips on my cheeks. The bright smile he gave me while he waved good bye.

"Am I really falling in love with you Jack?" I mumbled to myself. I held his picture and put it under my pillow.

"Good night Jack." I whispered before sinking into unconsciousness.

The brightness of the sun woke me up. I shook my head before taking Jack's picture under my pillow and stared at it for a minute.
I am going to see this guy again today. I took a shower and put my black jeans and and dark blue blouse and black flats. I put my hair into a tight bun and went to grab my bag and head to the kitchen. Anna is cooking as usual along with Kristoff.

"Good morning guys." I said as Anna placed the plate in front of me and I begun chewing.

"Anna already claimed Emma." Kristoff announced. "She injects her on the arm. The snowflake is visible now."

"Wow. Anna. Congrats." I smiled. "So,  you are already done?"

"We are not yet done until we have that cell phone." Anna said. "And you need to claim Jack. Remember?"

I nodded. "I'm on it."

"Good." Anna sighed. "Just remember Elsa. Always focus on the mission."

"Why?  Are you beginning to like Jack?" Kristoff asked.

"No. It's impossible." I denied.

"Right." Anna grumbled. "Come on.  We are going to be late."

I swallowed the last bite of my food and hurriedly brushed my teeth before going to my car and driving going to school.

I  don't know if I can complete this mission because of what I felt for Jack. I don't want him to be my territory because that means I am not allowed to love him and I just can't take that.
