Chapter 11: An Every Girl Thing

Katy's P.O.V

I wake up to just crumbled sheets next to me which makes me worried but I know they're both probably somewhere around the house.

I quickly get up just to make sure.

"Rose? Baya?" I walk down the stairs till I see them both having breakfast with Tamra

"Oh hey Katy"

"Good morning Tam, good morning girls"

They both attempt to saw good morning back with cereal stuffed in their mouth which was quite funny. I excuse myself and go back to my room to wash up then walk back down to find them all sitting in the living room watching tv.

After making myself a cup of tea I walk over to where everyone is and sit down on one of the catches

"Ooo Annie, it's one of my favorites"

"I've never seen it" Rose says with her eyes still on the tv. "Neither have I" Baya adds

The day goes by and I know that Tamra doesn't come early in the morning unless she's either got bad or good news and honestly I'm just not ready for both right now.

I told the girls to go get ready so we could of buy supplies after explaining to Rose everything about school which she thankfully found accepting.

"Katy the record label wants you working hard they want you in and out of the studio all the time but it's all on your watch and you have a week to decide when to start working" bad and good news which I honestly find good.

"I'll start in 3 days just when the girls start school. I'll drop them off then go to the studio"

"The driver could do that for you and anyways the world doesn't even know that you've adopted them and you'll be so busy you probably won't even have time to pick them up at times"

"Driver is just back up I'll be able to hand this"

"Speaking of back up mind me if I ask where John is cause I haven't seen any sign of him"

"Yeah he left for tour" I sink into the couch.

"expected" she mumbles.

"I'm gonna go get ready, are you coming?" I ask her. "I would but I've got an important gathering today" she says as she gets up and walks towards the door. "Bye!" she leaves and I wave back.

As I walk up the stairs I hear footsteps and it's the girls walking down the stairs. "dressed up already huh?"

"How'd you like my dress?" Baya says as she twirls around. "It's gorgeous on you" I smile as she takes my hand.

"Rose you look beautiful in this jumpsuit" she blushes. "Ok girls I need to get change so we could head out" I say as I try to release from Baya's grip but she's holding on tight and Rose just stood where she was.

" can we choose your clothes?" Rose asks taking a step up the stairs. " sure! " we then all walk up to my room and walk into my closet/changing room.

5 minutes later

"So you're either wearing these jeans with this tank top or these sweats with this shirt Baya chose orrrr this light blue dress" Rose points to each one of them . "Okay why can't I just wear one of my adidas tra-"

"NOOOO" they both scream in sync. "Ok jeez fine I'll go with the jeans and tank top"

"Great!" She says as she hands over my clothes and puts the rest back into the closet.
