2 days later.

IAN'S POV

"Babe, you ready?"
I asked Nina grabbing her bag.
"Yes, are you?"
"Yeah, come on let's go."
Me and Nina are going to the hospital.
In 2 days this little guy is finally gonna be here.
So we're just gonna stay at the hospital till then.
"How are you feeling?"
I ask Nina kissing her hand and looking at the road.
"Happy."
"That's good to hear."
I smile.

2 days later.

NINA'S POV

I'm about to go into labor.
God I'm more nervous then I thought I was gonna be.
"Ahh."
I scream.
I'm squeezing Ian's hand.
I look around to see everybody.
Julianna and Derek,
Riwanna,
My mom and dad,
Ian's mom and dad.
My brother,
Ian's brother and sister,
The hole TVD cast and crew,
All of our friends and family.
The nurses comes and takes me to give birth.
Ian and Julie's is coming in the room whit me.
"Your okay babe, everything will be okay. I love you."
Ian said.
"Ok I'm gonna need yous to back up!"
The doctor tells them.
"AHHHHH!"
I yell.
I get dizzy,
I close my eyes and roll my head back,
I look back and see a lot of blood.
Roll my head back to the pillow, and let out a moan.
Then I blacked out.

A few hours later.

IAN'S POV

I'm worried about Nina. She's still asleep.
I can't wait to see the look on her face till she sees this little guy.
I never got to hold him yet.
I get up from my chair and talk to  the lady at the front dest.
"Ma'am, is there any updates on mrs Somerhalder?"
"Yes, the birth went great, ur wife is fine, your baby is healthy, everything is fine mr Somerhalder, Nina is still resisting she won't be up till tomorrow."
I have a huge smile on my face.
"Can I see the baby?"
"Sure thing, right this way."
I follow behind her,
She took me to this room field whit babies.
I walked up to my son,
My world,
My everything,
My baby.
I loved him, this is what I been waiting for.
An I love Nina even more for this.
I smile and gently pick him up.
I slowly rock him.
"Hi baby, this is you daddy. I just want you to know ur the most handsome man in this world, daddy loves you, An tomorrow you get to meet mommy! She's sleeping right now tho. I love you baby boy."
An I put him back down cuz he was asleep.

Next morning.

NINA'S POV

I Wake up whit pain.
I feel my stomach,
It felt so..empty.
I call for a nurse.
"Oh Nina, your awake, how do you feel?"
The nurse asked.
"I feel a little bit of pain in my back and stomach."
"Yes well it's only normal since you just gave birth."
She says whit a small smile.
"Oh right, the baby, how is he? Did everything go okay!?"
"Yes Nina everything whit great, you'll be feeling better in no time! Your baby is beautiful and heathy! Everything is fine."
"Thank god, can I see him? And do you also know where my husband is?"
"Your husband is in the waiting room along whit all ur other friends. And yes you could see your baby, I'll go bring him."
"Oh can you bring Ian in as well, only Ian."
"Sure thing, mrs Somerhalder."
"Thank you."

IAN'S POV

"Mr Somerhalder, Nina would like to see you, and only you for now."
The nurse tells me.
I get up from my chair an go into Nina's room.
"Hey baby, how do you feel?"
"I feel good! Did you see the baby yet?"
"Yeah yeah I seen him last night, he's beautiful."
"Yeah I bet he is."
She says an grabs my hand.
I smile an kiss her.
The nurse walks in whit the baby.
"Oh my god."
Nina says.
"Ian! He's beautiful!"
She starts sobbing,
Tears of joy.
Her smile was so bright, An her eyes so big an brown, she looked so happy.
"Ian he haves your eyes."
"And he haves your hair."
She laughs.
"Did you guys pick a name for him?"
The nurse asked.
"Hudson, Hudson Taylor Somerhalder."
"That's a really beautiful name guys!"

NINA'S POV

I smile at Ian holding his hand,
Then the nurse walks in holding the baby.
I was in shocked when I seen him,
My heart broke,
I didn't know I could love a human this much,
Yes I love Ian more then this world, but this little bundle of joy.. owned my heart.
He had Ian's big crystal blue eyes,
My hair,
He was just prefect,
I loved him.
I stared to sob when he was in my arms.
No I wasn't crying of sadness, or because I was hurt or anything, but tears of joy.
This is our family,
Ian and I,
We wanted this for such a long long time, and now we have it,
The Somerhalder family.
