Darkness

She stands tall with joy around others,
But really she is dark inside.
The smile she wears is not true,
Yet she forces it upon her face.
She'll go home and cry, think upon her life,
Though all she sees is darkness.
There is no future, no hope, no love.
She's all alone being eaten inside.
The anxiety, depression, and fear gets worse,
But no one knows.
She seemed so happy,
Yet it took her death,
For them to see the darkness.
The bullies don't care,
Her family and friends are torn.
The darkness now spreads,
Till there is no more.
