"ZACK FREAKING SOLAFF POSTED YOUR PICTURE ON HIS INSTAGRAM!" Michelle screams into my ear.
"WHAAAAT" I SCREAM "what does he want now!" I mumble to myself.
I hang up from Michelle immediately and try to find his Instagram as fast as I can. I quickly open Michelle's Instagram since she follows basically every human being in our school. And there I find him. Great, I don't even follow him and he has the nerve to post my picture. There was my stupid picture, disastrous. My black wavy hair is messy as hell, mascara is all over my eyes and cheeks making me look like a monster. My eyes are a mixture of red *from crying* and green. Not a good combination may I add. My face was basically 'I'm gonna punch you' kind of face and it's NOT good in pictures. And to top it all off he got 106 freaking likes. and his comment was "Someone must've thought today was Halloween." I WANT TO PUNCH HIM SO BAD.
I decided not to comment since that would flatter him and show that I actually cared enough to open his stupid profile. Although I did.
To many people, this day cannot possibly get any worse, but no, my family has a special way of making that happen. My mom knocks on my door; Aria we need you downstairs. I decided to surrender. I seriously don't need any more embarrassment on their part. I might as well 'act' like a decent daughter for the time being until I plan a way of making them pay. I get down and go to the living room. I sit on the sofa waiting for them to start lecturing. My mom leaves the room and closes the door after her, leaving me with this monster. I stare at him and he stares back.
"Aria Kerev, I am going to try to talk to you in a language you can understand." He says with a half scary half fake-caring kind of look. Creep.
"uhmm" I mumble as I drink my tea. Let's see how low he thinks of me this time.
"Here's the deal, do you want to get homeschooled?" He asks me acting sincere.
I spitted the tea out of my mouth in shock and some of it fell on his precious suit. He takes a napkin and cleans it with disgust.
"So the answer of my question is obvious." He says, still disgusted.
I roll my eyes, quiet flattered that I spitted on him 'although not on purpose but still very nice to watch'.
"There are rules in this house that must be followed. First, you do not go in or out of this house without permission. Second, you will score an A or higher in every subject. Third, no more hanging out with older boys..." The list continues.
I try to swallow my vomit out of how surreal this conversation was. I just feel like my mom literally disowned me to this horrible, horrible man.
I call clay at 1 am.
"I was kind of umm expecting this idk why." He says, clearly I have woken him up.
"it's getting worse, Clay." I say in a really depressed voice
"I know, let me make some coffee."
"You know me too well." I say after noticing that he knows this convo is going to take long.
"I don't know how I'm going to live with this for the rest of my life."
"Chill girl, you'll leave when you're 18."
"That is assuming I will actually get into a decent collage."
"Why not? Your grades aren't that low. You only have to work a little bit harder"
"You're serious? I almost failed math!"
"It's a good thing she gave you another chance then, redeem yourself."
