Rookie's POV:
I sit in the chair as the rope rubs against my wrists.
"I don't need him to come, I can do this on my own..." I mumble as I struggle with the rope.
"Oh no," the BLI member turns around "It's crucial your little boyfriend comes to save you."
"He's not," I wince as the rope runs against my damaged skin "my boyfriend.."
"Well then that makes saying goodbye a lot easier...."
I freeze "What."
"Whoops," he pretends to act worried "I've said too much..."
"Listen you idiot!" I raise my voice "You better freaking tell me what's going on here."
He ties a cloth around my mouth so I can't speak.
"Oh you'll see in a few minutes."

After a few minutes of struggling, I give up.
What if they don't come, what if-
"Rookie!" Gerard bursts through the door with Frank, Mikey, and Ray.
I thrash around so the cloth becomes loose and falls so I can speak "Gee! You guys! Leave! He wants you here!"
"We're not just leaving you Rookie." Frank says.
"I'd rather you do that then get killed!"
"Huh?"
The BLI man points a gun in their direction "You're surrounded Killjoys. There's BLI members at every exit. You're right where we want you, and there's no escaping..."
Gerard, probably without thinking, charges at the man and pins him against the wall, pointing the gun at his head.
"Think again." Gerard glares at him.
"W-What are you going to do if you kill me? There's no escaping, even if I don't kill you, someone else will."
"I'm willing to take that chance." He says before shooting him.
"We gotta go, now." He untied the knots in the rope and drags me along with the rest of them as we run down the hallway, shooting at any possible signs of a BLI member.
Once we almost reach the exit we're stopped by two men with BLI badges.
"Party Poison," one sneers as he cocks his gun.
"Wait a minute, we got all of you here." The other smiles wickedly.
"Run, Rookie, run." Frank whispers.
I sprint in the other direction making sure Mikey, Ray, Frank, and Gerard are behind me.
We finally get to clearing near the car and when we think the coast is clear, we stop running.
"Thank you guys..." I say sincerely with a tear running down my face.
"Anything for the best sister in the world." Frank smiles.
"Ha. Thanks Frankie, I- I really appreciate it.."
I look over at Gerard and fling my arms around his neck "Thank you, so much." I mumble before kissing him.
"Ew gross," Ray teases.
"Yeah, that's my brother you're kissing!" Mikey agrees and smiles playfully.
"You guys are such babies." I grin.
Suddenly, I hear something. I quickly turn around to look.
I feel a sharp pain pierce through my chest as my eyes widen.
No.
I look down at the bullet wound in my chest, tearing up.
"Rookie?" Frank asks.
I turn around and his eyes widen with fear "No, no, no."
I drop to the floor and Gerard rushes towards me "We gotta fix you."
"You guys," I smile sadly "They're already here, there's no way you can fix me and get out of here alive."
"She's right," Ray sighs "The bullets pretty deep too."
"No."Frank says "We're getting you home and you're going to live." He insists with tears streaming down his face.
"Frankie I-"
Feeling my heart beat slow down, I let out one tear "I love all of you so much. Thanks for being the best family anyone could ever ask for. Please know I'm always here."
I turn my head towards Gerard "I love you Gee." I say sincerely.
"I love you too Rookie."
"Look at that..." I weakly smile at him "You finally caught up."
Frank comes over and I feel a tear of his fall on my face.
"You're coming home." He says.
I feel Gerard giving me one last kiss.
I told him,
I think,
I actually told him.
I look at Gerard and smile, letting him know that even if I don't make it, everything's going to be okay.
Then everything goes black.
