Ryan's P.O.V

"Hey Bryce?"

I should tell him.

"Yeah Ryan?" he replies.

"I need to tell you something." I tell him.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

In.

Out.

In.

Out.

"Could you hold that thought for a moment? We're at the hotel already." he tells me.

He pulls over by the hotel he was talking about.

We both get out.

I'm faced with a cream colored building.

Red pilars on the side of the bright blue double doors.

There was a sign on the building.

'Derp Hotel' the sign reads. Then designs of random games design it.

I didn't realize how long I've been admiring the structure and design of the building.

"Hey Ryan! Let's go before the storm acts up again." Bryce yells. I run up to him.

We enter the building together.

Of course the first thing we see is the receptionist's table.

"Hello Sir or Ma'am." The man says not looking up from whatever he was doing on his desk.

"Smarty! Hey!" Bryce says.

The black haired man looked up to Bryce, and smirks. "Well if it isn't Bryce McQuaid. What brings you here to the Derp Hotel?" The guy, whose name is Smarty, asks.

"Just here for breakfast with friend of mine here. If that's okay of course." Bryce says.

"Who's your friend?" Smarty says nodding over to me.

"His name is Ryan. But you can also call him Ohm." Bryce explains.

I wave a little, the other hand gripping the bag tightly. "Hey Smarty." I casually say.

"You can call me John if you'd like." he says. "Now," he faces back to Bryce. "want to catch up with Chilled and the rest of the crew?"

"Maybe just Chilled for now." Bryce says with a small smile.

"Well go right ahead to the restaurant. You know where it is, obviously." he says.

Bryce nods and grabs my wrist and guides me to the restaurant side of the hotel. There were 2 pathways, Smarty's desk was in between.

The one to our left, but Smarty's right, is the way to the restaurant apparently.

By the end of the hall to the left was the restaurant apparently. Before entering, I once again admired the design. The bronze colored double doors.

Floral patterns all over the doors.

It looks amazing. Bryce giggles at me. I feel my cheeks heating up.

We enter at the same time. Dark red walls. A chandelier on the ceiling. Dimly lit. But lit enough to set a pleasant mood.

"Fancy." I mumble.

"It's great isn't?" Bryce says.

I nod, Bryce guides me to a table. Bright red cloth covered it. Fine silverware. A glass, pearl colored plate.
